3 star overall from us. In many areas the hotel meets its 4 star rating, but it fell short in several important areas. Positively the location is great and rooms are smart and modern. We had 4th floor apartments, which were great - albeit the WC location (and absence of a hand basin) is flawed. You have to walk through the bedroom and living area to get to the toilet / wash hands. Fundamental issues that lower our rating were: 1) We arrived at 1415 and were advised neither of our rooms were ready and to come back at 1500. At 1500 the check in queue was massive, literally out the front door. Even the priority queue (for club members) was around 30 minutes. Not really acceptable for a supposedly premium brand. 2) Noise - there is no getting away from the fact the ground floor houses the largest nightclub in Bratislava. Even on the 4th floor you could hear the music beating until 4am Sunday morning. Add to that the noise of drunk people leaving and it will impact your sleep. Furthermore, we experienced banging and hammering two afternoons, that the hotel blamed on nightclub refurbishment. We raised a formal complaint about this that was supposedly referred to the manager, but seemingly completely ignored… 3) Pool access - when we booked back in January no charges were mentioned, but in the interim significant charges have been implemented - 10 euros per person per entry if booked in advance, and 15 euros per person per entry on the day. 4) Long queues and chaotic breakfast.

Good location with easy access to the old town, castle and other sites. Free upgrade to wellness access was a nice bonus.

Very helpful staff, good breakfast included, good size of rooms. Very well situated for local exploration as well as ferry trips and bus and tram outings.

Misleading that the first photo on Hotels.com is a lovely pool, as this can only be accessed for an additional payment of 15Euro for 3 hours. Also, I contacted the hotel a week and 2 days before arrival to enquire about vegan options at breakfast. They did not respond to either request which is very poor! Breakfast was therefore minimal for us (not even plant based milk). On the plus side we did get access to a rom early and before the stated check in

The air conditioning system doesn’t work in all our 3 rooms!!! The stuff told us that it will be fixed, but nothing happens… In this hot time in Europe this impossible situation. I asked for some compensation, but nothing…

Room clean, staff friendly

Hotel was in the perfect location, the breakfast has a good variety of options and rooms were spacious. Only negative was, we had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working nor the TV

A hotel that provides everything you could want from a hotel, except a good night's sleep. The staff were polite, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the whole hotel was spotless and the view over the river was terrific. Unfortunately, the club downstairs was also loud. VERY loud. Until 4am. Followed by outside the hotel being loud until about 4.30am. Sadly the hotel was full so there was no option to move us and the discount they offered was different to the amount that they actually refunded, and both Radisson and Hotels.com have ignored my correspondence since. So, if you're going to be out until 4 then I'd recommend the hotel. Otherwise, give it a wide berth.

Nice hotel and good location. Large group of children, that could be noisy at times, but not late at night. Great location, breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Room was cleaned but sheets never got changed after 4 days staying . Staffs were ok. Breakfast was ok but Not as good as we thought Air conditioning wasn’t working well , we requested a fan . The hotel location was excellent and access to everything ( shopping, attractions, walkable restaurants) . We recommended to the tourists who want to walk around and explore the city.

Had a great view of the castle from the room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and staff attentive. The pool and sauna facilities were much welcomed. Would stay again.
