Extremely Disappointed - feels like you’re stuck in a horror movie with the odor of cigarette and odd smells all around. Expected luxury and got not even the bare minimum. Staff was no help and stated they had no rooms. A few minutes later I was able to get book a room online ON MY OWN...Staff did not want to help me at all and lied about availability to my face. The whole hotel smells like the 80s and had the dining area closed yet did not disclose that part until the very end . I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with better hospitality, breakfast included , an actual dining area , cleanliness and a smile walking in. The room was overall okay but has to be updated as all the items felt filthy including the dark colored carpet that felt dirty to the touch and the fabric chairs that have probably not been deep cleaned properly in years. None of the basic needs were met , never again . I do not recommend…

The building looks great on the outside but its outdated on the inside. First of all the underground parking lot is super low you feel creeped out as soon as you start driving in there plus it has leaks and is overall very enclosed. The smell as soon as you step inside the hotel is humid/musty. The room had the most outdated lamps, drapes, blankets, etc. The bathroom/shower had hairs lingering around the tub and sink. The bathtub is quite high, light fixtures are detached from the ceiling about to fall out. Overall this hotel is very pricy and the only good thing about the place is the privacy, TV, and A/C.

Room was good but there was no control of people outside our room.

Building needs some updating, room was not very well clean, bathroom had some bugs and dirty floors. The rugs smell old . Bed was ok, ac and the view.

The rooms are getting run down. Things like Jacuzzis are not working. Hot water changes during showers. The pool has been closed supposedly for remodeling but it's been about 2 years

I didn't stay at hotel due to condition of the hotel. I canceled and they refused and charged me two stayed.

Furniture and TV is old. Although bed was comfortable . AC was very weak. Hot water never came in. This place had great potential if they renovate the rooms.
