Whilst hotel and facilities spa pool etc were amazing , improvements needed at breakfast , limited choice and to pay extra for such as fried eggs etc (€12 euros) bit steep. Overall would defo come back

I had a very nice room, it was an upgrade and a really good size. The staff were very kind to me.

Only negative was high hotel restaurant prices so we eat out. Lots of great options. Plus no coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Room well appointed and super clean. Good amenities. Upgraded to lake view which is lovely. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful. The location gave us options for relaxing, restaurants, and walking distance to shopping. Outdoor pool/bar, breakfast, atmosphere was great made better by the staff who are super friendly and helpful.

Great stay

Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting.

The Regina Palace is a hotel from bygone days of classic architecture with huge imposing rooms with lots of style. The service from the staff in all areas was exceptional, friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

bed comfprt was poor king sixe bed was 2 sinlges ut togetrher with a gap in between and beds were not very comfy but the hotel was beautuiful nad wonderful staff tried to be hel fulo

Pool and pool service excellent. Very central .

This was our third visit to Stresa and our second visit this summer, but our first at this hotel. The staff were professional and friendly from check in and throughout our stay. The hotel is in prime position for lake access and for strolling into town. Gardens, pool area outside, indoor pool and spa facilities were all excellent and well maintained. Thank you to all at Regina Palace for a memorable visit.

This hotel is absolutely stunning , everything you would imagine from a 5 star resort , the spa and pool area is incredible , with the sensory caves, jacuzzi beds in the pool, sensory showers etc. The staff could not do more, everything is run with complete precision.

The staff was incredible — friendly, helpful, just great. Grounds are gorgeous and the hotel is very well maintained. Two pools, spa services, lovely buffet and more.

We lvery much iked this upmarket hotel - My wife thinks the spa pool and general spa areas are the best we've visited. We had a difficulty with check in initially because we were given a basic garden view room without a balcony and the booking on Expedia was clearly with a balcony. I had anticipated this and had taken a screen shot of the Expedia hotel web page. The room was swapped by reception without further argument on producing the screenshot, so good for them. In fairness to the hotel I suspect this was Expedia's fault - Expedia nb your confirmation emails do not confirm all the agreed details like breakfast and balconies and they should as it would stop issues like this. Stresa is lovely and the hotel is lovely. We strongly recommend

There could be more options on menu for vegetarians. Good location . Beautiful hotel. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. If you have an early fight going home -a breakfast bag could be provided to take with you to the airport as it is included in the price you pay but not offered . Would recommend and stay again .
