Upon arriving I noticed that the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was extremely clean and comfy. It felt as if I was back home. The gym was great along with the pool and restaurants. Also, the breakfast was delicious. All of cooks and waiters were nice and very attentive.

I face a little hard time at chick in because they don’t confident with my wife American green card and asking about proof of marriage and that makes me embarrassed a little but by the end the issue is solved and spent a nice day over there. The location is very busy and you could spend a good time around at the green plaza.

The price is reasonable. The staff and reception were very nice and active. The Wi-Fi and the air conditioner are very poor. The ac sounds loudly and very dirty without cleaning for long time.

It was good overall. A few things outdated. Location was a highlight - Very central and many shops around.

it was clean and effective place. the facilities that are hot tube, pool, sauna were clean. the around of hotel is a shopping mall, you can find whatever you want. i don't like shopping mall soul for this reason i didn't like around the hotel, but you may like if you like this type of places.

Great place to stay if you are in Alexandria.

Green plaza is very safe area all day long. Nice and clean, shopping, dining, cafe all there. Just bit off of tourist areas, but i had no problem at all. Staffs are super kind that i book 2nd reservation right after my 1st stay. Note: part of the rooms under renovation. Over all if you are lay back like me you will enjoy here

We had a great stay, but the hotels WiFi practically did not work for anyone in our 9 person party the entire time we were there, which was frustrating. I did make multiple requests through the Hilton service center and was told they would try to fix it. Also, the smoking in the hotel was not ideal, but otherwise the stay was great.
