Courtesy by all members of staff. The price is ok The room was spotless the only downside is where the hotel actually is. If you live in UK and book an Airport hotel you expect it to be near the airport. Be prepared to book a taxi to and from airport.

24hr check in. Receptionist friendly. Hotel clean room clean only downside no tea making facility in room however the cafeteria accessed from hotel is open 24hrs and had good choices. Parking outside easy and no charge plus fuel station next to Hotel. Great for airport as only 8mins away

They just provided one room key. This dosent allowed us to keep the room cool enough and air conditioner turn off during nigttime without request .

Provides wrong room that is booked. Lack of multilingualism. Bad management. OK for a quick sleep over, not ideal for anything else.

If you come “from” the airport it’s quite close and convenient but if you are “going to” the airport is about 15 min drive because the airport is at the opposite way to the motorway.

The rooms are clean the beds are comfy and the staff are great you can have a laugh with them easy to get along with. Your bins are emptied daily and your bed turned down. I would stay again if I was driving in Spain

The aircon was ineffective and did not cool the room down, there was noise from the restaurant below the room throughout the night which resulted in a very sleepless night . We decided to get up at 06.00 and leave due to the above .

Excellent proximity to airport and 24 hour restaurant absolutely met all our needs.

Just a standard hotel / garage ...nothing there of poor qualities ..beds horrible

Close to ALC airport for early departures. Spotlessly clean. Very reasonable prices. Pleasant staff. Rooms large with comfortable bed though no wardrobe or drawers This is for a late arrival - sleep - then head to airport. Anymore than that can be frustrating. This is essentially on a services station off the highway. There is NOTHING else around. To get to the airport or the local town you have to drive about 8 minutes to the next junction and turn back on yourself to head up the other side of the highway.
