Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I' spent 55 years travelling on business every week so I've stayed in many. I wondered why it was so cheap but it was one night only after a ferry crossing so taken in by the nice pictures on the website I booked it. More fool me

It is a motel. It is cheap. It is not in a convenient location - apart from being only 15 minutes from Caen ferry port. Make sure to bring your own food and drink. The facilities are lacking. (Though the paddel club across the road serves pizza until 19:00) OK for the price compared to hotels nearby. Not the cleanest, not the worst. Won't stay again unless absolutely necessary.

Just about OK for an overnight arriving late and leaving early. Clean. Door lock damaged but functional. Beds simple but comfortable. Shower better than expected but had to go to reception and ask for towels which were readily provided. Young man at reception was very pleasant. Located in the nether regions of an industrial estate. Some tables and chairs outside for guest use but no restaurants on site or within walking distance. Quite a number of modern chain type restaurants located side by side in an adjacent industrial estate located about 5 minutes drive away. Overall impression - cheapish hotel that probably represented just about fair value for money.

Budget hotel so for the cost it is extremely good value. Would have liked a hand towel for the separate sink area, but just two bath towels provided for the wet room style toilet/shower. Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. There is free WiFi, but unfortunately this went down half way through our 3night stay and was still down when we left. If you just need a room to sleep in for a few nights and don’t need lots of extras I would recommend the BHotel

The hotel looks rundown from the outside and doesn't get much better in the room itself. The room was cramped and not very clean. The bed itself was comfy and we slept well but wouldn't return due to the condition.

To far out of town no buses or trams

Very warm welcome at reception by Isabell. Comfort as expected, renovated room and bathroom spotless clean.

We had a late arrival and the key card, issued at automatic check-in, pdidn’t work. The manager was called out and re magnetised card. However, the room had not been changed/cleaned. Manager called out 2nd time. Next room tried hadn’t been cleaned. Third room was prepared.

Good place for a one nighter but the beds weren’t the best, toilet weren’t the best I couldn’t even remember if there was a shower. Right next to a truck parking lot. Looks like a motel

Late arriving and paymachine didn't work. However the receptionist opened up and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was perfect and great value. Thankyou to the staff gentleman who clearly works hard.

There is no Air conditioning hotel whatsoever, false advertising on Hotel.com and other websites. We tried to get a refund of our stay but the staff refused so I called hotels.com to reason with staff. The staff speaks English quite well but when hotel.com calls them, she refuses to speak English to Hotel.com to provide any assistance. The windows can’t be locked and there were no screens on the windows and bugs can fly in. There are a lot of truckers around walking around without their shirt on. Definitely not suitable for family visit. The location is right off the highway, so I’d say it is convenient when you are driving but it is not close to any business.

Superb truckers type hotel with a superb truckers type restaurant right next door!!

Budget room in a truck stop area, quiet place to sleep outside caen. great value for money, quiet and very clean crisp white sheets.Small shower with towels provided breakfast is cheap and staff were friendly . the hotel has an automeated check in with keys dispensed in a machine so dont forget your bookign reference - there are no staff around at night

Like all 3 of your hotels I had great difficulty locating them by sat nav . You need to give clearer address instructions . It spoiled my holiday as I wasted probably 30 minutes or more trying to find each one and stressed me out as I was travelling solo.

Service was helpful and friendly, but you could smell smoke everywhere. The room is cramped for three people and the shower/toilet was uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for. Small but clean and although in industrial area it felt safe. Fine for what we needed: a place to sleep during road trip. Only complaint: room said "free wifi" but that was incorrect. Wifi was in reception area which closed at 9pm. For me wifi is a must.
