350 euros a night. No Air Con. Stained carpets. 2 full glass wall direct on the path of guests ( No provacy). Closing the blackout curtains and I cooked myself inside. Door key needs every day reprogramming ( go to the room and the key doesn't work, go back the the front desk). Poor TV reception (frustrated watching world cup games when the signal is constantly interrupted). Poor furniture arrangement ( even the room was on the bigger size, but bed, desk and tv rack all in one corner of the room.

Booked for 3 ppl in room requesting 2 doubles/queens and they put us in single queen bed room, then rolled in creaky cot for the 3rd person. our son was a good sport but if i’d had to sleep on that cot my back would have been painful

Check in wasn’t really smooth through expedia as we booked on short notice and it hadn’t shown up in their system; however the front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. She offered us to have a meal in lounge and leave luggage at front desk….she would come get us when reservation showed up in system so we could complete check in. She followed through and no other problems.

The staff weee very friendly and welcoming and the location is fantastic However just remember to bring a swimming cap as you are unable to go into the pool without one and the pool is on the cooler side

Paid over $350 US dollars for a room with 2 single beds and a rollaway though we were only 2. This was an unexpected stay due to flight bring cancelled and had no power converters and desk had none. Multiple fire doors to navigate large luggage through. No air. Unhappy

The hotel was nice, with a restaurant and bar downstairs. The beds were stiff, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast choices were plentiful but, the scrambled eggs were runny and had some liquid added, it was the same at a previous hotel as well. It may be a cultural difference I am not use to though. The dinner was just absolutely amazing and delicious! You have to get the steak with dirty fries or the chicken plate! It will change your life, lol! The staff was very nice as well as the general public we encountered. Over all, we enjoyed our stay. There are dozens of sites and points of interest near by, including the Blarney Castle. It would take several days to see all the sites near by.

The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The chicken wings in the restaurant were delicious.

Lovely stay, staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great as well as the location. Our room was clean and comfortable but a had a bit of wear visable in both the bathroom and bedroom. Overall would absolutely stay again!

Staff atte time and friendly. Good food in brasserie. The easter egg was a lovely touch for the children.

Lovely breakfast, spacious room, nice staff. Issues with cleaning (empty handsoap, had to ask for toilet paper, dirty glasses just turned upside down, coffee cup replased but dirty spoon left on top, dirty cleaning rag left in the bathroom, etc). Pool lovely but very busy. Beautiful lounge/cafe area. Playground behind the hotel was nice suprise.

Only had a one night stay. Breakfast was great. Plenty of selection. Hotel very good all round

Room was clean and really spacious. It was a bit of a tired space. The room was quite warm and lots of condensation on the windows resulted in water around. However, the hotel and bed itself were quite comfortable

No power at any of the sockets/outlets. Water sprayed all over the floor when showering - the shower curtain was very inadequate.

Excellent hotel. We also had dinner and breakfast twice. Everything was so good that it's hard to emphasise something in particular.

The room wasnt vwey clean. The curtains were dirty and there was previous residents dirty socks under the chair. The carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered either.

Staff were courteous but rom had a number of problems, No heat in the room on arrival. This was resolved. No hot water the following morning. Alternative room was provided for shower etc.
