This is not a five star property. The rooms are tired, old, the showers didn’t work properly. The room smelt strongly of cleaning fluid. There was no complementary coffee or water in the room, everything was charged for. The staff have little English capabilities. They could not understand basic requests for service and delivered the wrong order. Sometimes requests were ignored completely. Front desk was very slow. There is no electricity at the desk in the room.

Gym is old, location is great as the beach is Amazing. Great area

Todo me gustó. El desayuno disponible buffet super rico y completo. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el personal muy atento. La localización muy conveniente. La playa solo cruzando la calle. Restaurantes cercanos muy también muy buenos.

This was a nice hotel and worth the price. However, the rooms were relatively simple and the television offered little options for international travelers. The morning breakfast buffet was a little overpriced in our opinion. The staff were all very nice and pleasant.

The stay was nice. I will say The cleaners didn’t do very well with sweeping the floors. I went to the beach every day and the floors were still sandy after it was “cleaned”. The breakfast was a waste of money. Im still trying to get my money back for the breakfast. You are better off going to the restaurant across the street for breakfast it was better, more fresh, and cheaper. The juice at the hotel breakfast was good . That was the only thing. The fruit wasn’t fresh, i don’t eat meat so i cant tell you how that was. Over all the stay was good , i just want my money back for the breakfast. I only ate there once and i paid for a week.

Everything ok. Nice Hotel..The only con is they spray too much air freshner in the room, is very invasive. People very nice. Very good Breakfast. Furniture a little old style, it has a 1980s/90s vibe." It' s time for a furniture makeover to modernize the guest rooms

Room was a little run-down with use. Our toilet was, unfortunately, clogged which was a real bummer. It was fixed the next day but not very welcoming. We had to specifically ask for a sheet change as a dirtied sheet was left in place by housekeeping. During a few days stay, two if 4 elevators were constantly out of order, making wait time long and annoying, especially during meal times. Breakfast buffet was great, in presentation, quality and selection. The hotel location is fabulous! Staff was helpful.

The hotel is very well located, but my overall experience was disappointing. I arrived extremely early due to an international flight and was required to pay almost double my reservation rate to access my room, as the early arrival was treated as an additional night, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Throughout my two-day stay, my room key stopped working repeatedly and I had to return to the front desk a total of 14 times to have new keys made, which was both disruptive and frustrating. In addition, the internet service was unreliable and required frequent resets, often interrupting business meetings, despite multiple attempts to resolve this with the front desk. Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted the purpose of my business trip.

Very good walkable area, beach is just crossing the street. The breakfast was great and had options for everyone. The room and bathroom were spacious. Super recommended. Don’t skip the sunset view from the rooftop
