Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Dining at the hotel restaurant was also very good and prices are reasonable.

Security, front staff and housekeeping super friendly and very attentive to customer service. Beautiful architecture building and accessible. Appreciate that there was always someone at the front desk, front door security guard and hallway staff available 24/7.

Loved the property and their staff is wonderful. The breakfast they offer is authentic Mexican food and that was a nice surprise. The hotel is located in downtown but you feel safe and although it’s updated it doesn’t lose the Mexican flair. Would definitely stay again when we visit Guadalajara.

Beautiful historic property, spacious rooms with high ceilings, elegant setting, friendly staff. Short stroll to the cathedral and the Museo Cabaños. Highly recommend!!

Excellent hotel

Great service. Clean room. WiFi worked well. The pool was warm. They offer pool towels and extra wash towels. The following week I went to Hotel Santiago Compostela and had a bad experience that left me wishing I went to hotel morales again.

What I loved about the hotel was the friendly staff, its location, everything was clean, how it preserved its cultural charm and just felt safe!!

The hotel staff was helpful and had excellent customer service! Our room was very clean and loved that the room had working AC. Very comfortable beds and closet had enough room for luggage. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. Taco place across the street with a good variety of food to choose from.

Overall, excellent hotel to stay. I felt like a queen with her royal family.

Excellent hotel if you want to stay in historic central Guadalajara. Had everything I would have wanted or needed.

The location was great our suite was big with a big balcony that had table and 2 chairs for morning coffee or anytime Tequila

Rooms were clean. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Very helpful staff. It's walkable to many different areas. Allow extra time for check-in on a Sunday. Traffic in the area is busy with lots of road closures to allow foot traffic. Great stay would return to this hotel.
