The manager was wonderful

From start to finish, our stay at Exe Estepona was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is exceptionally well managed by Raquel, whose leadership is reflected in the friendly, attentive, and professional service provided by all the staff. We were particularly impressed by how Raquel took the time to mingle with guests and chat with them during breakfast, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is superb—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and a wonderful place to relax. The food served by the pool was outstanding, and we highly recommend the burgers, which were absolutely delicious. We stayed in a Superior Room and were pleasantly surprised by its size. The room featured a spacious wraparound balcony complete with two sun loungers, making it the perfect place to unwind. The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable, while both the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. Overall, our stay was perfect. We would especially like to commend Desiree and Raul, who consistently went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service throughout our visit. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Exe Estepona to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Your site said dogs are allowed and we were denied a room upon checkin

We were given a lovely room overlooking pool (012) but hotel is getting tired and there is road noise from adjacent main road. Breakfast was very good and pool area lovely but overall hotel needs a deep clean and refreshing.

Wonderful adults only hotel with excellent staff. pets friendly. it has been my 5th trip to Southern Spain and i do not even consider other places to stay. definitely recommend anyone who is looking for this type of hospitality.

The hotel is wonderful but specifically young lady at the front desk by name Isabel. She went above and beyond my expectation and accommodate me with my specific request. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Marbella and I’ll be back in six months.

Fantastic hotel would 100% stay again. Staff all excellent, spoke English as I don’t speak Spanish, room we was lucky to have 409 very impressed, large comfortable bed, significant larger private balcony with sun loungers and day bed, and not forgetting the hot tub. Breakfast good selection, evening bar drinks reasonable priced a beer and wine for 9 euros could ask for more, also underground carpark

We have a good relaxing time in this hotel. The staff was great.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Marked down as neither of our bedside lights worked and despite asking for them to be looked at nothing was done and also perplexed that there was a baby/toddler at breakfast when the hotel is marketed as ‘adults only’. Not much around the hotel but near bus route to Marbella and Estepona.

Rooms are functional and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel was only a third full and we had a deluxe double but still put us in a room overlooking the road. Breakfast was poor, eggs had been cooked what looked like a week ago and the bacon was only just cooked. Wouldn’t stay again.

Good stay for the price. Comfy bed. Good facilities inc gym which was excellent. Plastic walls and floor a bit strange and breakfast ok. Would not pay more than £100 per night depending on time of year. You need a car to stay here otherwise you’re stuck.

We liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff, when you could find them. The bed was very large and very comfy. The breakfasts were excellent. We loved the double sink in the bathroom and the very efficient cleaning service. We did not like, the fact that the hotel is a 15€ taxi ride away from town, the very busy dual carriage way which created noise by the pool and all night, the very noisy and pretty useless air conditioning and the dangerous, disappearing step(s) right outside the front door which caused a nasty fall on our first night. There was no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffee in our toom.
