Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, really enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna!

The person checking me in, wasn’t that’s friendly. I was asking questions about amenities and other resort activities he was short, indicating they don’t offer them anymore. Other staff around the property were extremely helpful, walked us to Plunge.

Didn’t originally put us in correct room, but was quickly to make right

It was too cold to sit outside. An indoor pool would be nice. I absolutely loved the bed in our room. It was so comfortable!! I had the best sleep of my life!!

It was absolutely gorgeous from the hotel to the village. It was central and we were able to walk from the resort to the main strip. We were in a room near the lobby and the sound did travel through our room but otherwise a great stay!

The only thing I didn’t like is that I was not allowed to leave my dog in the room. It’s pet friendly and I put the don’t disturb on the door so there were no maids in or out but not being able to leave him in our room made going to dinner for an hour hard.

Great access to slopes and blue mountain village .

Everything is always amazing there.

Great location and hotel

Low water pressure in the bathroom sink, kitchen sink seemed to be clogged, the couch is extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. Shower water pressure and the bed were good though, overall clean

Clean room

The hotel was clean and the pools were well maintained. Our consierge Chris was kind and helpful. I would recommend it for restful stay.

Make sure that the toiletries are stocked up....barely squeezed 1 teaspoon of Conditioner for my long hair......

We were there off season for a dance comp. beautiful rooms, comfy beds, great little kitchens. Perfect access to the village and a great outdoor heated pool. Would stay here again any time.

Steep price for off season. We had a room right over the front doors . Constant deliveries and people coming and going A room on the back side of the hotel would have been much quieter. But all in all a very nice room .
