I had to check out a day early and I asked if I would have to pay. The person at the front desk said that wasn't a problem and no I wouldn't be charged for the extra day. When I realized I prepaid for the room, I phoned the hotel and they said they would not give me a refund me and would only give me a credit for some future stay. It's unlikely I will be going back to Whistler anytime in the next year or so. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel staff saying I would not be charged and then in fact I was charged. I have learned never to prepay for a hotel room again.

Best hotel experience

Central location makes it easy to wander through the Village.

Very friendly staff. Close to village in it basically. Room coffee could be updated, for a costly hotel instant is horrible. A lot of wear n tear needs looking at to get it back upto speed.

Nice, clean, convenient access to the village, comfortable shower and beds, quiet. We didn't use the pool or the jacuzzi. Second, go after skiing in early March. Great go-to.

great stay for our conference

We enjoyed our stay at the Adara. It was very convenient to Whistler Village and all the restaurants and shops. The gondola is well worth the trip.

Beautiful room with beautiful view

Everything was fine, but it’s summertime and the pool is not full and very dirty. There’s no lawn chairs they could make this so much better. The room only had a small window wasn’t that nice. We went for a girls trip. We will not stay here again.

Our stay at the Adara Hotel was good. The location was excellent. The amenities were great. Our room was nice except it had a smell (room 311). I spoke to the front desk multiple times about it. The hotel was full so there was not much they could do. I asked to speak with a manager and the young lady at the front desk (who had only worked there two days) tried multiple times to contact a manager but they never responded to her. The manager was supposed to be coming in the next morning but never did by the time we checked out. I asked the front desk to have them contact me but they never did.

Room was clean and the staff where kind

Hotel was average in the sense of the rooms and comfort. Pool was not heated on the Saturday and it was just ok overall. I would recommend if you are not too concerned about amenities and service.

Great location. Mountain view loft room has a nice view. Its spacious and clean. A little older so nothing fancy. The napkins instead of toilet paper are certainly a choice though lol. Its my 2nd time staying and i will be back.
