Well located just seconds from Magenta train station. Room we stayed at was pretty discos spacious. Shower was a bit tight and TV as part of the service - the tv itself plus the channel's reception... terrible in many aspects. Bed was too hard to my liking but each to their own.

Big THANK YOU to the staff and manager at Excelsior Magenta. You guys went above and beyond to help us. We had stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in early April. Because we had come skiing and scuba diving, we brought with us extra luggage that we won’t need for the next leg of travel. So we used Shipskis/DHL to ship them back to the States. After dropping the bags off at DHL shipping center, we drove off to France. After 2-3 days, one piece of luggage got returned to the hotel Excelsior Magenta because DHL discovered a few batteries we didn’t take out before shipping (these were for scuba torch and we had been checking them in with flights many times). At this point, we have no ways to take care of the matter in person. So we asked the hotel for help. The team did a great job retrieving the batteries! What a relief to us. Shipskis /DHL picked up the bag and we received it back in the States. It was a pleasant stay while we were in the hotel. Breakfast was very good with abundant choices. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend.

Staff were particularly friendly, patient and helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast. I would have liked a kettle in the bedroom.

I have been to this hotel at least 6 times! And I never tire of enjoying its comfort and beauty! Excellent rooms, all furnished with extremely refined and beautiful wooden furniture! Perfectly clean and well-maintained! Perfect television with a wide variety of channels available, including Sky Hotel! Plenty of outlets for electrical appliances! Excellent bathroom with a perfect shower (maybe missing a safety handle inside the shower, for safety while showering)! Hot water all the time, at any time! Very good breakfast! Competent, polite and very friendly staff know how to treat their guests well! A place to be visited with your family, as a couple, with friends and also alone, on vacation or business! We stayed here when visiting Milano and Lakes around it, rooms are very clean and warm, beds and pillows are very comfortable. We had breakfast which is little odd for 4 star hotel, you have eggs, ham and cheese which is served from stuff, and you get one croissant per person, but breakfast was good, stuff was very nice and helpful. If they would have richer breakfast it would be 5 star for sure.
