Quiet area, convenient for everywhere. Free tea and coffee all day. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant recommendations from the staff were excellent

I liked the attentive staff and willingness to help. The breakfast area was unique in design being glass roofed in a basement area! I did not like the usual dodgy air conditioner, the partially stocked mini bar that didn’t tally with the printed list. Overall, it left a good impression. Fair value for the money!

The hotel is on the Pest side, close to the Hungarian Parliament and St. Stephen's Basilica. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was nice to have a lounge in the lobby area to relax in the afternoon or evenings with free coffee, tea and water.

The hotel is very well located, walkable to many of the main local sites, shopping areas, and bars and restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful. The hotel itself is clean, breakfasts lovely, and staff very friendly and accomodating. Two things which could be better: 1. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room 2. A hotel bar open to guests at least on friday and saturday nights. Overall we loved our visit and would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here! It's in an ideal location (5 min walk from parliament building) but in a side road, so not very noisy part. Marcel on reception was great. The cozy cafe area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the 24/7 hot drinks machine.

Had a fantastic stay here. Great location, nice and clean, and staff super lovely and helpful. They can organise transport to and from the airport if you ask them to. Definitely recommend.

Good location but unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel. Front desk were nice and tried but had not idea about anything, telephones not working, cleaning people didn't respect instructions, etc.etc. Will never comeback to this hotel.!!!! However it was very nice in my wife's birthday, had a very nice birthday card, champagne and chocolates!!!!

Perfect hotel for exploring Budapest. Large clean rooms with tall ceilings so they feel really spacious. It is very central and everything is in walking distance. Staff are really kind and helpful! Can be noisy in the morning as the road can get quite busy but we just kept the window shut, and used the air con if it was hot which worked perfectly. Really would recommend this hotel

Very friendly staff, unfortunately I was unable to get the name of a gentleman who was mostly minding the desk in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble for him and was always going out of his way to offer his assistance.. definitely would stay there again.

Very Good location, right at the back of Budapest Parliament. Loved unlimited free coffee or hot chocolate 😘. Very friendly night shift staff (Frankin). Fantastic room, shower, comfy bed. Everything is very clean. I recommended to everyone

Rooms were of a good size with complimentary tea and coffee available all day. Located centrally and the breakfast choice was amazing.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the wonderful and efficient staff both at reception, facilities and housekeeping. The room was clean and spacious and certainly met expectations.
