Did not like the way the hotel staff treated me. Firstly they charged me for the upgrade. Secondly, the person who came to pick me up- can’t stop and park the car because there is a sign Stop is prohibited . The hotel staff is in an agreement with police, so police is writing up the fees. I asked the security guy to remove a cone to let the vehicle park while picking me up. He said he does not understand Russian. I asked in English, he shrugged the shoulders and left me . Terrible service. After I made a first comment via Expedia- the staff stopped me at the desk and reimbursed the money. Should have not charge it in a first place. The discount for breakfast I did not receive despite asking.
