I booked this hotel for two days, then initially tried to cancel and request a refund, but it was rejected. That's okay, we accepted it and stayed at the hotel. This trip was for a large group of adults. However, upon check-in, they couldn't find our booking numbers and waited for 1-2 hours, until around 10-11 PM, trying to figure out if they could find the bookings. We were exhausted and couldn't understand why they couldn't find our bookings for four rooms, even though we had the booking numbers and had already paid in advance via credit card. This was the most disappointing part of the stay; a lack of management, communication, or perhaps the front desk staff didn't understand something, even though we showed them our booking confirmation.
Otherwise, the adults said it was good – the rooms were clean and simple, the food was acceptable. The only issue was the initial service at the front desk.
