Hotel under renovation too much construction noise and not good views for the price

Perfect for our ski races in Aspen. Loved having a complimentary shuttle to get around the town and up to the Highlands.

We liked that the Buttermilk ski lifts were right behind the Inn. The room was recently updated and very comfortable. Having a restaurant/bar in the Inn was very convenient. We also appreciated having a free shuttle to take us to the other ski resorts.

Nice location

The property currently has no pool or hot tub. Great location for buttermilk events.

No Pool or Spa as advertised

Amazing location, great skiing location for kids. This is the Aspen location with the ski school. Walking out to lifts is amazing. Great shuttle bus to airport and to downtown.

provided room, older, with heater not working well

Great place for Ski in/out for Buttermilk lift. Nice to have complimentary airport shuttle from Aspen airport. No wait lines for the lift, my kiddos had a great time.

This was the worst night of sleep ever! There is a half-inch gap between the door and floor, zero sound proof. We could hear every person walking down the hall, door slamming, and even the room above using the bathroom and having sex. Only stay here if you want to party!

Proximity to the slopes and convenience

The hotel was nice but the heater did not work, it was 11 degrees outside and we could not sleep because the heater was not working and the room was at 60 degrees. The windows also were old so cold air would come in.

I was given a room with plywood on the window and the pool and jacuzzi where closed due to renovation not informed to me prior to booking.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, en lo personal me parece la mejor opción en aspen para poder esquiar, el acceso a la montaña y el alquiler del equipo es inmediato. El hotel es muy limpio y el precio es excelente. Tienen servicio de transporte. Muy satisfecha así que nos veremos el próximo año de nuevo.

It is next to the ski lifts , good for family activities and first time ski learners. Shuttle service was great. Convenient shuttle service to anywhere in town .

Great location. Great staff and lobby. But there was renovations going on that started really early. I was there for relaxing, not early morning hammering. Also the bath towels were worn and scratchy. I also had a HUGH HUMP in my bed which made the sleep terrible. Loved the restaurant inside hotel. Loved the skiing action right outside the lobby, the Lift was maybe 60 feet away.

Excellent staff service and affordable.

This property is currently under major construction. The rooms are being rennovated and you cannot do any work in a room after about 9:30 (my whole reason for booking the room while my daughter was skiing). The pool and hot tub are also currently non-existent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great for Buttermilk and Highlands.
