Everything went perfect. Good parking oppurtunities, but hard to find the way out of Karl Johan when leaving the hotel with car.

The room was very cold. Freezing. The beds madrass was too hard. My hips started to hurt. Room clean and tidy. Very nice

A 3 week trip to Norway. We stayed in 4 hotels - 3 of these Scandic properties. The Victoria was recommended by a travel agent and friends. It is close to major Oslo attractions but located in a largely business area so feels less safe at night. Of the 4 hotels, this one shows its age. The shower is just a dribble, the shower drain doesn’t so the floor gets wet. The lobby coffee machine didn’t work. And, this is the only place we had to check in at breakfast rather than just walk in. We preferred the Anker in Oslo as a better location and in better condition for a similar price.

Parking area was fine but tight to navigate! Lots of shops nearby and lovely coffee right in the lobby.

Excellent location. Near to Karl Johann gate, the pier, the Museums, the Opera hall. Wonderful restaurant options as well.
