I wish there were more options for food, and also an extra pillow would make a big difference

My son was going by himself on this trip. I (his father) called the hotel to make sure they let him in, because he is under 21 years old. The lady on the phone told me that he will have no problems to check in. I asked her several time to make sure and I know the rules. She confirmed several times that everything is going to be fine and no problems. My son was on the phone with me and heard all our conversation. His flight got delayed and he arrived at the hotel 2am and very tired from all day travel. The hotel has no notes about my request and no notes about conversation on the phone. They didn’t let my son go to the room and he was asked to sleep in the lobby. This is unacceptable! I tried today to call hotel and talked to them about it. No communication back whatsoever… None of your requirements mentioned in my review. If you don’t want to post it, this is on you!

Pool was closed and we were unaware till our check-in. Coffee maker did not work but was promptly replaced. The buffet breakfast for $18 not worth it

Property was clean within walking distance of a few small shops.

The room was large & comfortable, but NOT inexpensive. Well located for dining and access to highways. Clean hotel, friendly staff, lots of interesting things going on.

The room was very nice and comfortable, with lots of space to move around or lounge. It had an amazing high power shower, great bar and restaurant, and the staff was great throughout my stay.

I had such a relaxing stay at this hotel. Comfy bed, powerful shower and great service throughout. I would definitely stay here again and again.

This is the 3rd time i come to this hotel to enjoy the sauna, hot tub, and pool and every tume i come is closed, hot rub not working and now everything is down. This is the last time I'll be coming here. Unable to send photo due to being closed downstairs

On the hotel.com website did not say that the pool,sauna and gym amenities were under construction. I booked this hotel because it included amenities. I would like to be considered for remuneration. Thank you
