Overall a wonderful family stay at Xanadu (12yo and 10yo children). Tedders Ave around the corner was great for dining out. Loved joining the locals for the ritual beach-front exercise each morning! All the conveniences of a washer, dryer, kitchen, safe, & wifi in-apartment, and the kids enjoyed the shared facilities like the pools and spas after long days at the theme parks

Had a fabulous holiday with an amazing ocean facing apartment. Huge 2nrm, 2 bathroom apartment. Super clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. 2min walk to wonderful cafes and restaurants, great coffee and amazing gelato. Will definitely be back!

Been a few years since we stayed and just as good as we remembered. Definitely going back.

Ocean view, across from the beach, apt was clean and well appointed, staff were very helpful. We have stayed there on previous occasions, but the units are starting to show their age. One thing to note is that there is construction of a new condo project next to the East Tower, and their day started at 6:00 a.m.

Such a beautiful place to stay! We had a superior one bedroom on the 22nd floor and could not fault the apartment at all. The balcony was amazing, the view incredible. Unfortunately our timing was off as this is where we watched Cyclone Alfred come in! Great communication with all the staff…the ladies on the reception were wonderful and so helpful. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Xanadu as the place to stay.

Best place in main beach

We were originally attracted to the photos of the hotel rooms and location. However the reality was something quite different. The overall style and presentation is still stuck in the 80s. Our room while spacious had lumpy and scratchy furniture and bedding. We had to cover with towels. I understand renovations are underway to bring to 2025 level of style, decorum and comfort.

The apartment was perfect except the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The air flow to the bedroom was very poor which ment I had to have the aircon on very gold for the bedroom to cool which also ment the rest of the apartment was too cold

We had a wonderful stay at Xanadu resort, this was our second time staying here, we were last here five years ago, on a trip to Australia from the UK. When we arrived in our apartment there was a lovely welcome back gift for us which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. There was a lot of work going on with the driveway and gardens which are looking good and I’m sure will be beautiful when finished.

Our third stay at the property and it did not disappoint Great locatiom, clean, quiet building.

Came down to the Gold Coast for my Mum's 80th birthday and stayed at Xanadu apartments.From the time we checked in with the lovely ladies at reception we cannot recommend highly enough how polite and friendly they were. Our unit was absolutely beautiful maybe a little to high for me (17th) storey but still fantastic and up to date furniture. Would highly recommend Xanadu.

Such a beautiful property. The view was to die for. There was property renovations going but didn’t affect us. The bed was very comfortable. Love the biscuits that were on the table when we went into the apartment. We had everything we needed and would stay again.

An amazing place we love staying at Xanadu. This is the second time we have stayed there. The sea view is amazing, the apartment was great and very well decorated. We will be back again.

Our two-bed apartment was very spacious and first rate, and in easy walking distance of a selection of restaurants and shops. It had everything we wanted ...except oven gloves, which really need to be provided. There were a couple of other 'negatives' (although we would happily stay at Xanadu again). Only two dishwasher tablets were provided for a 4 night stay, so annoying to have to buy more. (Not the sort of thing you pack!) We had problems with the internet and although the router was replaced immediately, we had continuing problems keeping devices connected.

The size of the apartment was great!
