Great place for stay

originally i was to stay 2 nights due to day surgery. when i checked in i told the staff at the front desk that my surgery was now changed and i had to stay overnight in the hospital on my second night. I ask if my second night was to be changed, but I needed parking until the 3rd day up to check out on the second night. I was told no, and that I had to pay full price. I also asked for a wake up call in the morning of the 23rd. That did not happen and when I asked, I was told that it must have happened, as it was written down. The staff on both days was not helpful at all. I will not stay here here again. Bill Holden

No hot water for shower although they were going to move me to another room but only staying for one night. " breakfast" was minimal not even continental.

Plenty of Free parking

Only concern was the bath should have a bath mat as it is quite slippery.

Parking is never an issue at this hotel. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Our most recent stay was disappointing as we had no hot water to shower and when we notified the front desk they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! The gentleman just advised that he would make note of it. Hot water for showering is a necessity for guests. We were extremely disappointed with the way that this was handled.

It’s good for the price

Easy to access without the heavy downtown traffic. Being 3 blocks from the subway it is great for getting downtown. Close to the 400 it is still. Very quiet for sleeping.

Our goal was to be close to the metropolitan centre and this hotel is. There are a few small takeout type restaurants within walking distance as well. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable.

Didn’t know about the $300 prior to arriving

We stayed in a King Jacuzzi suite. The room is amazing, the tub is obviously the stand-out. The rooms are kept well and cleaned. The room does tend to get warm and humid regardless of the ac settings.

Absolutely no hot water to shower. I brought it to their attention for 2 days. When I checked out they said they have problems with that room. I asked for some sort of compensation or reimbursement and was told they would have if I had not gone through a third party booking.

I stayed on a different floor for this visit. It was the second floor this time. The entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke from years ago. The old smoking floors. The room was a great size but a little more worn out than my prior visit. Regardless, I still would book here again. The staff are great, and thr hotel is incredibly close to eveeything. Parking is free and on site.

The carpet smelled so bad and it was so dirty. Otherwise the stay was fine.
