Clean but difficult access to third floor rooms,, especially with luggage. Shower head needed replacing and refrigerator did not work. Very comfortable bed and decent pillow. Interesting neighborhood and easy to walk. Somewhat sketchy near the waterfront. A couple blocks from fabulous pizza.

24/7 front desk service. clean room, safe area. walkable to every major spot and central area

The balcony was a real plus, as well as the location.

Very noisy at all hours. Difficult to get a good nights sleep. Very basic.

Very noisy and hot rooms. Air conditioning not very effective. Traditional furnishings. Not all that comfortable. Reasonable for the price but wouldn’t return.

The staff was very kind with us, the hotel is in the city centre so it's very easy to reach the main attractions. The structure is clean and very nice. I suggest it very much

Great boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were all incredible. Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Shopping and key historical sites a five minute walk away.

They offer a parking they don’t have a parking the parking is over the street if you lucky because is a busy area to park The hotel is clean but installations to old

I liked everything except the room itself. Room was too small and bathroom was even smaller. Shower needed a new door and in general disgusting and very tiny. Loved the breakfast buffet and staff there were very helpful. The art deco look of the hotel is very nice.

The Shower is awful! No hand shower only from above! The room door was left open by the cleaner, got back and my room door was wide open. The staff were friendly, I like them! It’s a very old hotel that seriously needs a refurb! There is a nice breakfast room and a hotel mini bar which is nice! No gym or pool! Location is good

Good location near ferry terminal, and on direct bus route from train station. Site overlooks a small park. Rooms are a bit dated, but have character. Comfortable bed, A/C works, everything clean.

Good value for the price. Great location. Easy walking access to waterfront and pedestrian friendly streets with bars, restaurants and shopping options including supermarkets.

Loved this beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very nice, staff were friendly and i have nothing to complain and i higly recommend if you are looking for a nice budget hotel. Very european, italian feel about this hotel.

The staff were friendly. I could walk to all I wanted . The room needs a bit of up keep but good for the money. ( I’m not answering the eco friendly question- it’s stupid)
