Clean room, great facilities, lovely polite staff on reception and the bar, very nice bar/restaurant area. Good value for money

Good location, satisfactory cleanliness and good size rooms. Unfortunately, the trip was let down by the false advertising of kitchen opening times, which was a key factor that lead to booking the hotel, as I knew I would be arriving back late. I was able to order at 21:20 but was then told the kitchen had been closed despite saying the kitchen is open until 22:00. No apology was given and no alternatives offered for places in the local area.

Staff were friendly and knowledgable. It would be great if you could get a hotel licence, so residents could have a drink in the bar until midnight.

Always a good option for a local stay. Simple but has quite a luxurious feel.

Very comfortable bed and good shower. Reception didn’t mention that the lift was broken when giving me a room on the top floor. Breakfast was okay but the food wasn’t hot, my egg was broken and undercooked.

Great food in the evening, especially scotch egg and sourdough and gravy. All the mains were good too! Service from Yas was top notch. Stayed overnight in family room, mini bar was the most stocked I've ever seen and prices were good. Great room and good night's sleep. Breakfast top level as well, all good quality ingredients which makes the difference. Wil definitely be staying and eating there again.

Clean spacious room good shower and underfloor heating

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and we had a lovely bathroom. Super range of teas and coffee pods. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, cocktails and a tasty breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great stay!

Staff were so friendly. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious and good value for money. My bedroom was comfortable and the minibar was fully stocked - one of the best I've ever seen.

Television did not work. Had to walk to the office 4 times during our stay (no telephones in the room) to have a staff member come to our room to get the tv working. Instead of fixing the problem properly they tried an ad hoc solution each time. Not once did anyone apologize. Abysmal customer service.
