Well the room didnt provide toilet paper , and when i ask the front desk they told me they didnt have none , so i went to the store n bought my own , not ok !

Made a reservation 10/30/25 with credit card thru Expedia with a discount but once I got to the Hotel Gala Oaxaca was told that I needed to pay cash only & it was $600 pesos more than what it was thru the app. Didn’t argue and paid for it but once I left the Hotel I got charge on my credit card even though I pay cash. I like the location close to the centro and room was ok.

Poor light, very small bathroom, hard bed, not elevator hard to transport the luggage to the rooms and not people around to help.

Felt very creepy. Lamp in room but no where to plug it in. The good thing was hot water, the bad is, it was scalding. Great location and staff

Clean and quiet!!

Very well located on a corner just across from the main square. We came for the Radish Festival and subsequent Christmas activities and were always just steps away from the festivities. The hotel is noisy as many have reported but this is because it is historic tile and plaster walls. The rooms are very small, but comfortable for sleeping. We do not travel to stay in our rooms anyway, so we were fine and the price was attractive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as our Spanish was not so good.

Room phone not working, TV without cable connection, fly snatched on wall, door latch broken, drape broken and could not close so no privacy, and more. The pro was that it was feet from Zocalo. I

The Zocalo dining area was very walkable and safe.

Honestly, it was a bad decision to stay in this hotel. There is nothing dood I can say about this hotel, my wife and I had to leave the hotel before the day check out. Bad smell in the bathroom, a lot of noise in the hallways, cleaning was terrible, no AC. Etc. Bad decisions

The beds were terrible the springs were poking us. The other bed was uneven and could not sleep. The curtain stick was vent and could not close curtains properly and the secure lock was breaking it was hanging.

A excepción del wifi que es un poco inconsistente, todo lo demás fue muy satisfactorio. El personal muy amable. Hotel limpio, seguro y cómodamente localizado en el centro de Oaxaca. Recomendado!!!

No restaurant in the property. But great location. Attention! No A/C and yes, beds feels like rockes.

Property location desirable. Standard room small.property very clean.shower had hot water. No toilet issues. Staff very friendly. 24 hour attendant. Pleasant environment felt safe and secure.

The hotel is in a good location but the condition is terrible, the cold water in the bath is not working, the lock inside in the door is down, as well the toilet paper dispenser..
