As soon as we arrived we were greeted nicely and given the information needed and were checked in. The room was fantastic, large, clean and really well equipped, the bed was huge and very comfortable, we had a nice view and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The spa was lovely and we had a lovely relax in there . We had a nice couple of drinks in the bar and watched the football. The breakfast in the morning was really nice with plenty of choice. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely revisit.

Booked a one night stay to avoid the hottest day of the year and it was absolute bliss! Room was pefect, had more than enough amenities and the size of the room...wow! Breakfast was lovely too. Really glad I chose to stay here. Will definitely stay again.

Expect lengthy delays at the bar, and even more in the restaurant, not enough staff, and young staff there are not trained well

i have mixed views on this hotel. welcome area and staff member that welcomed us in was excellent. she was very friendly, informative and this part of the hotel was well maintained and clean. our room was good, bed big and comfortable. however the spa facilities were not great. the area surrounding the pool was very small so not any loungers and only a few chairs so no where to sit and relax. the sauna was very hot, and steam room was good. the changing rooms were dirty and the floor especially needed a deep clean. the gym was a tiny box room with a handful of weights and i spent 15 mins in there and as there was 3 other people in there it meant it was we had paid for breakfast which was very good and plenty of choice. overall i was disappointed with the 'spa' facilities which were below expectations.

Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was ok and no changes in breakfast menu next day as well. They keep same food items. Men’s changing room near pool was stinking with foul smell. Sauna size is too small as compared to hotel size.

All areas of the Hotel were clean,selection at breakfast was good and when asked the staff were happy to refill an item if empty. Only one gripe I ordered a Mediterranean Pizza on our last night we were in a party of four who had also ordered pizzas when mine was given to me it was lacking feta topping and taziki dressing I referred the matter to the young waiter and he took it away he returned and said it would be 4/5 mins wait which I agreed to. The exact same pizza was brought back still lacking the additional toppings as my party was waiting for me before starting there's I accepted it as it was not the waiters fault but I was disappointed with the service.

Great location for the Cotswolds, easy parking. Breakfast was great, the host was such a kind young man. I’ve forgotten his name but always so helpful and a huge smile on his face and so helpful to his coworkers. I booked too late for the spa therapies so all that was left was a 25min massage which was disappointing because we were hoping for longer. The massage itself was WONDERFUL! The spa facilities are small, did honestly expect slightly bigger. There was only one lounge chair around the pool area. The spa also functions as a community club so some mornings it was filled with mommy and me swim classes so it limited the times you really wanted to be down there. Not sure if there are any adult only times. Also had trouble with the TV- it’s meant to be able to stream to so you can use your own Netflix or other services but simply could not connect. It was so much an issue that other guests were discussing it as well. Called the front desk and the receptionist simply said I don’t know much about it and didn’t offer anything else. Could be good to look into that. Overall still a good stay but had different expectations for the spa side of things.

The hotel itself was great. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were all brilliant. Food in the restaurant was superb. The only slight negative i can say is that some of the other people in the pool looked extremely annoyed that we had a toddler in the small roped off area that children are allowed in. This is no fault of the hotel or facilities itself.

Off to a sterling start with quick and easy check-in, room was really nice, big, spotless and very comfortable bed. Considering the size of the room, the shower could have been a bit bigger! Otherwise everything was perfect. Good night's sleep. Up until Breakfast that is which was an absolute shambles! We wandered down just before 9 am considering breakfast went on till 10.30 am to find that they had ran out of such things as baked beans, pastries, muffins and the like. Waited absolutely ages for a re-stock on hot food. So long that someone cleared away our drinks that were still on our table so that when we went back to it it had been re-set!! Not so good. Need more staff on at breakfast time and certainly the kitchen need to be more aware of a full hotel when serving breakfast till 10.30 am not to run out of stuff at 9 am!! Other than breakfast the stay was great.

we stayed in the hotel for a long weekend. The hotel needs a bit of cleaning, especially the SPA area.

breakfast was great. pool was great and so was the gym nice setting, and the car park was very safe, secure and free!

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bar area was nice and comfortable for a drink, with a good atmosphere. The restaurant served nice food and we enjoyed our meals. The pool area could have been a little cleaner, and the jacuzzi system was frustrating as it was on a timer, only 4 minutes on and then 10 minutes off, which was quite annoying. The standout part of the hotel was definitely the breakfast and the breakfast staff, who were excellent. Overall, yes, we would stay again.
