I stayed at Palm Garden Resort since 2009, and after 10 years back, I still like the resort. We left the room to have staff to clean the room (not like many other resorts a day only housekeeping), so always see the clean room tidy. Not to mention, his 3-year-old son is very quiet, so his breakfast almost did not eat anything. You ask for permission to bring your own breakfast buffet for children and the support is very enthusiastic, not as difficult as some other resorts have been. The resort has 3 restaurants: Italia, Japan and China, so the family has many options for their meals (Family has children and also want to relax alone so not eat out). The food is quite good, price not too expensive and good service, friendly, professional. My boyfriend loves to ride the electric car inside the resort and get fun driving around the area whenever he can. Even uncle Thi also ring the door to ask if you want to go to leave him. I am very impressed with customer service so. Our family had a pleasant 5 days at Palm Garden Resort!

Palm Garden is always my favorite hotel in Hoi An, everything is as beautiful and cute as my previous visits. Unfortunately, this time, the weather in Hoi An is not favorable, so we can not swim or walk in the resort much, but we were really comfortable in the room.
