Not being alerted to renovations at time of stay. Rooms very small. Staff not overly friendly.

Nothing unique at all it needs refurbishment as it's very dated. Breakfast was excellent but that did not make up for the poor shower and quality of the room I would not classify it as a 4 star hotel only 3 stars

Fabulous one night stay and great view and breakfast.

The hotel is actually 2 hotels. You have access to the pools in either one. 1 pool is a salt watet infinity pool. The other a fresh water pool. They are not heated (at least up until October, dont know after that). Our hotel had sea view and although this was the hotel a little farther from the water, you could still hear the waves close all night. It had a balcony with table, chairs and a clothes line.The beds and pillows were clean and really comfortable. Bathroom big and nice. The beach is across the street. Did not try their buffet but it didn’t look bad and considering that Nerja is a tourist city, the buffet price was not expensive compared to nearby restaurants. If you want a little cheaper, more regular prices, walk 10-20 minutes away from the hotel area. The restaurants right on the beach were actually not bad priced for the location. Customer service was perfect also. Wifi was fine. I would MOST definitely stay there again!

the view from our room #454 was excellent. balcony was wonderful.

The hotel is perfectly located on the beach and I loved having our little balcony with a view. My only complaint is the beds are hard and the hotel needs to get updated.

The area is beautiful. And it’s close to so many things but enough out of the main area to be quiet. Roof top pool is beautiful. Rooms are dated but very clean.

The only thing that disappointed me about the hotel the coffee machine at breakfast restaurant, it was weak and tasteless.

We really liked the closeness of the beach . Breakfast was pretty basic for a four star hotel. The staff always seemed busy keeping tables cleaned at breakfast. The laminate flooring was a bit cheap looking and some things needed updating . The cleaning staff and waiters and waitresses were always busy and done a good job .

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It probably was about 30 years ago but is now dated and tired. The bedrooms are small and the furniture and bedspreads old. A double room consists of 2 single beds pushed together individually made which is not ideal for a married couple! The restaurant is in a different building over the road and again is very tired and dated. The breakfast was the same everyday with the beans and scrambled egg being lukewarm every day. The swimming pool is not monitored so anybody can come in and use it and the locals often did late afternoon. The bar will only give you plastic cups to sit around the pool area or take back to your room. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is the location.

The hotel on the beach looks nice but we were in the one across the road. It was very dated, paint peeling off and plaster falling off. The furniture was really old and the fridge was filthy

This property is a perfect location in Nerja with a nice beach and pools. The breakfast and dinner half board worked quite well and the food was agreeable. The room was a bit worn on the flooring but were clean as were the bath. The ocean view room was perfect and so was the balcony.

location good. staff un friendly and.rigid. asled for two cups to take to our room and was refused. after much haggling on.my.part was given one cup and told they restaurant would be short if they were to give two cups to be used in the room.
