I walked into Room 111 and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. It smelled like a combination of mildew and smoke, which was really off-putting. I asked the staff to come and smell it, but they got defensive and claimed it wasn't smoke. Out of all the rooms available, this one was by far the worst.
I requested a different room because the smell was absolutely intolerable, especially for my children who have lung issues. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and the staff's attitude towards my family was quite rude.
In addition, I had a meal voucher from the airline, but the options available were extremely disappointing.
He lied, stating that the airline voucher could only be used at his hotel. Which was a flat-out lie. You can use it anywhere that you are willing to put in the CC numbers.
The limited menu they provided consisted of only three options, all of which contained pork or meat. The choices were a small sandwich, a bean burrito, or a hot pocket, and they were accompanied by a bottle of water and a bag of chips. Considering the quality and variety, the $12 value did not seem reasonable. I ultimately decided to use my voucher at a different location.
