I walked into Room 111 and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. It smelled like a combination of mildew and smoke, which was really off-putting. I asked the staff to come and smell it, but they got defensive and claimed it wasn't smoke. Out of all the rooms available, this one was by far the worst. I requested a different room because the smell was absolutely intolerable, especially for my children who have lung issues. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and the staff's attitude towards my family was quite rude. In addition, I had a meal voucher from the airline, but the options available were extremely disappointing. He lied, stating that the airline voucher could only be used at his hotel. Which was a flat-out lie. You can use it anywhere that you are willing to put in the CC numbers. The limited menu they provided consisted of only three options, all of which contained pork or meat. The choices were a small sandwich, a bean burrito, or a hot pocket, and they were accompanied by a bottle of water and a bag of chips. Considering the quality and variety, the $12 value did not seem reasonable. I ultimately decided to use my voucher at a different location.

We were checked into room 212. At first it seemed like a normal room. But then we went into the bathroom and there was used soap left over from the previous one. The entire floor in the room was sticky and there were beads from the previous tenants. The floor is probably washed very rarely here. There was a bunch of false eyelashes glued to the blanket. I think I can draw a complete portrait of the previous tenant. It seems like this hotel doesn't know what housekeeping is. Oh yeah, there are only towels and shampoo for one person, even though two people checked in.

I’m leaving a 5 star review for a room I cancelled. I’m traveling to Houston for a cruise. Unfortunately Hurricane Beryl left the hotel without power. Phones aren’t working. I was Able to obtain the email address from Wyndham and a representative named Kim emailed me back within a minute and kept me updated. Thanks to Kim my child and I weren't stuck in Houston with no hotel room and we’re able to make other accommodations. Thank you Kim!

The staff was great, rooms were exceptionally cleaned! I’m giving one star because of the shuttle service. Getting to the hotel the driver almost ran us over in the parking lot. As we were walking in it seemed as he was just throwing the luggage out of the van at his elderly passengers. The next morning he almost left us at the hotel and he was driving like he was in the Daytona 500! When asked by another passenger if he could slow down his response was as nasty as I’ve ever heard in my life! I’ll never book there again if they’re using the same service

We had a very bad experience from the front desk, the guy was extremely rude, he charged our card twice and did not wanted to give the refund, the room was apparently clean however we found cockroaches on the floor, the complementary breakfast was very bad. In general a bad experience but that’s what you expect from a cheap hotel however costumer service should be improve.
