Great hotel. Better for families than couples. One bedroom apartment, sea view was great, spacious.

Great hotel with lots to do for children but not too hectic. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located up a very steep hill that connects to an extremely busy road, which makes both access and the surrounding area quite noisy. Unfortunately, the noise continues inside—there’s little to no sealing on the windows and doors, so you hear everything. Cleaners start working from 8am and can be quite loud, banging mops against walls. Guests who are early risers often chat loudly on their balconies, and due to the poor soundproofing, it’s impossible to sleep through it. The pool is overcrowded, with no available sunbeds and no real space to relax. The poolside menu is very limited, overpriced, and consists mostly of uninspiring junk food. Overall, the atmosphere felt chaotic and not very relaxing. I wouldn’t choose to return, although I can imagine this might still be considered a decent hotel by some, depending on what you're looking for.

A great place for a family holiday. Ideally located close to the beach at the quieter end of the town and only a short ride from the airport. The outdoor pools are lovely and just the right depth for kids of all ages. The pools and deck were cleaned down each morning before use. The organised entertainment and activities both day and night were great fun.. The Friday foam party in the pool was a highlight. Food in general is great, the restaurant is well organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a different theme each night, some of the specialties were a bit disappointing, especially Italian night but still plenty of quality food to choose from. Rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning kicked in quickly to keep the room at a lovely temperature. All of the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly.

Great hotel and great facilities for families. Indoor pool a god send for our baby as outdoor pool was too cold and deep for her to splash in. Staff all really friendly and so kind to our daughter. Breakfast amazing, so many options. Lady cooking the eggs so happy and pleasant.

Great base to explore

Overall, pretty good, good food, excellent coffee. Our experience was negatively influenced because of sewage odour in our room, due to overflow in the bathroom sink. We asked to change room but resort was full. They did a treatment which helped for one day but terrible odour was back. We complained again and never heard from anyone neither were we offered compensation. This was poorly handled and a bad experience. We were out a lot but we had to close the bathroom door in mornings and evenings and leave the patio door open. Had to share

The aparthotel is family oriented with very good miniclub and kids activities, this is the biggest plus for us. The indoor pool is excellent as well, although the water depth is quite deep so might not be suitable for non-swimmers. The half board options are reasonably good as well. The cooking quality for dinner however still have some room for improvement.

My family very much enjoyed our stay! We wished we were on the beach but it was a five minute walk. The food was good and my six year old said it was the best food he’d ever eaten (chocolate fountain, pizza, churros). I wish we had known about all the many things happening at the resort because we probably missed most. Mini disco must for all families with littles. So cute!

This hotel is fantastic, I write this review from the hotel whilst waiting on my wife. We are here for 5 x nights All-inclusive. Food really good, plenty of options, drinks and deserts have plenty of options. Rooms are very well kept, plenty of room, cleaned often. Staff are fantastic. Isabel on reception was very very helpful,. Chef Yasmina and Sandra done a beautiful sea food soup. Really lovely. Bar staff are brilliant. This hotel is 4 Star, and is a strong one at that. It doesn't claim to be 5 star... Yet there's not much I'd change about it. Big thumbs up from us.

Lovely spa and full board. Staff were friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Two thumbs up!

Perfect location. Not too far from the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very clean, restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but there was one female receptionist who wasn’t very friendly at all.

Pool bar food was great but the buffet was not good.
