What a fantastic hotel. Located a few minutes' walk from the main town, it's in the perfect spot. The hotel is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean. The pools were great, and the views across the town and the bay towards Vesuvius were spectacular. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and always smiling. It was obvious that they all take real pride in what they do, and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay memorable. We stayed in a Prestige room. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The room was spacious, and the large bed was really comfortable. There are various dining options, all of which were really good. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and with plenty of choice. The next time we go to Sorrento, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

This hotel was simply perfect!!! Very cold air conditioned room after a very hot day in August each day. Very clean and staff was exceptional! This was our first trip out of the country and everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome, helped us navigate our way through the city, as well as helped plan our excursions. I highly recommend this hotel!! Close to Piazza Tasso square! Restaurant you must eat at is Mama Italia only a 5 min walk from hotel. Lemon pasta is out of this world!!

Amenenties, views and rooms were a 10/10 We only gave 4 stars because we did not enjoy the food. I would walk to all of the amazing restaurants around the area.

This hotel added to the wonderful experience we had in Italy. The room was beautiful and spacious, the grounds were clean, and the staff members were welcoming.

Everything is wonderful about this property! The one issue is after a long day of exploring be prepared for the pool not being open. It closed at 7:00 pm in the June/July heatwave. I believe they do this because the higher end restaurant is in the same location.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful cascading swimming pool. Views over Sorrento. 5 minutes walk to the start of the pedestrian area which is great.

Room was very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast each morning. Pool was very nice! Hotel helped arrange our transportation to and from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful Hôtel. Room was spotless. Incredible view. Staff were friendly and prompt. Pools and terraces were beautiful. Bed, pillows, towels and bath products all of high quality. I have not a single complaint. When I return to Sorrento, I will be staying again.

Property was lovely....staff very helpful. The cleanliness was unmatched. Food great, I loved everything about this hotel.

Breakfast menu was always fresh, inviting & fast. Staff were always pleasant & efficient. Our room was kept very clean. We did not use parking, but anytime we had a request for a taxi, it was handled quickly. We highly recommend the Hotel Capodimonte!

The staff are so friendly. Service felt very personal. We brought our 1 year old and everyone was fantastic with him Nice quiet hotel, great lunch at the bar. Extremely clean. Only slight negative is that the pool is very cold so we were unable to use much with the baby
