Our first stay on the American side of the Falls and, while this hotel isn’t in the center of the tourist area, it provided peace and quiet with a view of the river, just what we wanted. The facility is well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the onsite restaurant for dinner one night and, again, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food, especially their pizza, was very good and reasonably priced. We plan to stay here again while visiting family in the area.

Great room, great view, great food, great service

We were pleasantly surprised when walking through the front doors of this property. It felt fresh and updated, clean and well equipped. The staff was wonderful!! Would definitely go back

The view of the river was nice and access to it too. Area location to freeways and Canada was convenient too

Great. Definitely will stay again. Very clean and smells good. Loved the hot tub, staff is professional and nice.

Pool is nice, unfortunately it’s only 4ft deep. And the walls are thin, we could hear the people on the other side. Other than that no complaints.

Hotel is nice and convenient off of the 190. Nice view of the river and I'm sure in the summertime it is awesome. Two things left a bad taste regarding this hotel. There was what appeared to be a hockey tournament in town and the hotel was full. Kids playing hide and seek running down the halls/stairwells on all floors at night. My wife and I had to yell at kids on separate occasions because we couldn't hear the tv at times. We're not old and disgruntled - I am 38. (not the kids' fault - poor / inconsiderate parenting really). Second issue was my wife couldn't use the jacuzzi bathtub in the morning because there wasn't enough hot water. We stayed an extra hour until the hot water replenished. Got a 3-minute shower before the water went cold again.

The river view room was beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with local restaurant recommendations.

Depends what you are looking for I suppose! Things to be mindful of if travelling with a teenager would be that the TV’s are incredibly small and very old. The wifi is also very weak and would frequently drop signal. the rooms could absolutely use a facelift but if you’re looking for a space to rest before a flight it does the job, but if you are looking for somewhere where you are going to spending more significant amounts of time you may want to look elsewhere.
