Shuttles are available to and from Narita Airport. Check-in is fast.

The good thing from this hotel is that they provide a shuttle bus to pick up/deliver from/to the airport

I had a great stay at this hotel. One of the best things was their shuttle bus service – it was very convenient and made getting to the airport so easy. The ride only took about 10 minutes from the hotel, which saved me a lot of time and stress. The staff were friendly, and everything was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the convenience of the airport access.

Check-in time should be adjusted to 2pm instead of 3pm. Flights from Vietnam usually land in the morning and having to wait until 3pm to check in is a bit long. Children and the elderly cannot stand it.

The hotel has an airport shuttle bus and Aeon supermarket, very convenient and suitable for the price range.

The airport transfer service is a big plus point. They also have shuttle bus to the nearby Aeon which will allow you to go to the Naritasan easily. room is spacious, though it does looks old.

Strategic location for airport transit

When exiting the station, it was nice to have a pick-up from the hotel that took us to Aeon Mall and to other hotels. The hotel is comfortable and clean of course. The room is clean. Complete. Everything works. But for me personally, I was only given 2 pillows. Not enough for 2 adults, it would be better to have 4 pillows.

It was a pleasure to stay at Narita Gateway Hotel, the service was friendly and polite.

Everything was perfect and the airport transfer too.
