The accommodations were fine. Staff was great.

Very nice staff even at 2 AM

This was advertised like big hotels. I didn't realize it was student rentals which was used during regular semesters. I got fooled by this booking

Clean rooms with air-conditioning, and friendly staff.

If travelling to both Niagara and Toronto, this is a perfect and convenient spot to stay and explore both areas

It is a bare bones basic room, no tv, It has kitchen but no dishes utensils etc, but a fridge. Perfect for me, i just need a place to sleep and shower when i am working. Not a place you go for holidays. I will be back

Great location and parking

Adequate room. Not really appropriate for a conference given that it is a residence. It was ok, however the room did have a moldy/musty smell. I would not return.

Propre et confortable

Quiet on campus residence close to restaurants and public transit.

Was only there for one quick night so it was good for what I needed! A short walk from the parking lot to the front door which made it a little tricky to find - but really not bad once you know where you are going! Would stay again for the price.

Great and just what the description said.

The rooms are very basic and bare, which is fine. The bed was comfortable but the TV is not hooked up to cable and only for streaming which we didn't know ahead of time. The elevator didn't work one day but the stairs were right there and it was fixed. They have sandwiches and light food available in the lobby but it wasn't available to be purchased. Very convenient to our conference right across the parking lot. I'd stay again.

Air conditioning was great, property is quiet overall.

It was okay but would not stay here again, room was clean, no tv unless you had your own plug in, no water pressure for shower. Check in was good and staff very friendly!

Please have some signs which can help guests to find the reception counter as it can be confusing in the night. The thermostat in the room was not working as expected. The Front desk staff were absolute great and very helpful. Thank you. Great peaceful place to stay and will recommend to all colleagues and friends!

Close To where I needed to be for an early morning hospital appointment. Quiet night but construction began at 6 am outside my window as roof work was occurring.

The room was ok… the TV did not work and the ventilation system was a little off The fridge and microwave were great The washroom was decent … a garbage bin in there would have been nice Super low key room … would there again only if I didnt need to spend more than the bare minimum… I went there to sleep at 12 and checked out at 10:45 am …
