Hotel excelente, os funcionários são muito prestativos.

Eu avisei que não poderia fazer o checking porque a fronteira da Argentina para o Chile estava fechada. E me responderam que não poderiam dar um walcher para outra data e nem tão pouco trocar por algum outro hotel do grupo. Logo perdi minha reserva.

Very nice place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful, and resturant was great. Some road noise but earplugs provided. Booking in on arrival took a very long time.

All the people in the hotel is very nice, the building is beautiful, but the furniture and decoration looks old. I asked for sleepers and tissue (the website said it was of courtesy) and they said it was for a superior room, but they are going to look if there is some available, I never get them and never was told if there was availables or not.

The staff here are outstanding. However the rooms are not clean. The bed was vwry clean and comfortable. The first room they gave me had avery bad odor in the bathroom and the AC fikter had not been cleaned. I asked to chage the room and they did so right away. The second room

Good location just a few blocks away from local restaraunts and bars. The continental breakfast was excellent! I can't believe it's free. Lots to choose from- pastries, cheese, eggs, multiple different fresh juices and fruit waters, desserts, breads etc. very modern hotel. Rooms are simple but nice. Parking garage without charge under the hotel. I would reccomend to anyone staying in Antofagasta for a night.

One of the better hotels in Antofagasta, not far to the bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable.

I always stay at NH on Antofagasta, they have the best all around deal when you need a two beed room. The only problem on my last stay was that the pillow where just to small.

Overall I liked the hotel, it has good food in the restaurant and a full buffet breakfast. The only problem is that it is not near downtown or other restaurants. Drinking and driving are definitely frowned upon here and it is hard to get a taxi.

It is far from downtown but it is very quiet. The restaurant is very good!
