The hotel is well located. 4 1/2 star hotel - definitely not. The staff are basic booking staff, no personality, no helpfulness. Rooms are small. No views from the rooms. Dark. Would suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere.

A beautiful, newly renovated property which respects the history of the building, but adds a modern elegant interior in every detail throughout. The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious by European standards and spotlessly clean. The bed linens and towels were very high-quality.the available breakfast buffet is excellent with a really good variety of cold and cooked foods and pastries. Very quiet hotel, although in a great central location in the Gothic Quarter. Not far from La Rambla. Very . Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. My only one suggestion, a tiny one, would be to improve the quality of the coffee. The machine coffee just does not match the quality of the rest of the property. Have already booked another stay. My go to for Barcelona, which is a city I will be visiting many more times.

Yummy breakfast, esp good fresh fruit and tea options. Clean room. Perfect shower. Wish there was wash cloths.

The hotel is in a great location close to Las Ramblas. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast is great, plentiful with a great selection. I will stay again, the Reception team told me that soon they will have a pool as well.

Breakfast buffet plentiful and assorted varieties. Room and hotel in perfect condition with staff service and helpfulness one of the best we have experienced.

If you are looking for a great hotel close to the cruise port or La Ramblas, this hotel is perfect. Clean, unique, and excellent staff. There is some upgrades beening worked on so it is a bit noisy from 11:00 am to about 4:00 pm but we weren't in our room much at those times. Lots to see around here! Highly recommend!

Brilliant location, close to the Metro, marina, beach, city centre hustle and bustle, but in a quiet location for you not to be disturbed when you do want a break from it all.

This is a beautiful hotel in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona, within walking distance of many beautiful things. The hotel is quiet, clean and modern, with friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast is the most amazing I've seen in any hotel. You will love your stay there....also many great restaurants near by. We ate at the Red Garter around the corner and loved the food!
