The staff was amazing. Helpful with every request. If you stay there, ask for recommendations on restaurants for any time. Every recommendation was excellent. Help with travel around the city…excellent! Perfect location, great rooms…amazing overall experience. Ask for Vato at the desk. He is great to work with!

Staff was the most helpful among all hotels we stayed at in Spain. They were friendly, and helpful when it came to any questions or requests we had. Room was nice as well, clean. We had a plaza view and while we didn’t use it much because there was a lot of chatter, it was nice to have to get some natural light in. Breakfast was among the best meals in Spain, it was worth the 18€ add on.

We recently stayed 3 nights at this Hotel in Barcelona, we chose it based on the reviews found in Expedia, and the Hotel, actually, exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area and taking taxis or public transportation. (Gothic area).

Great hotel. Renovated, clean and friendly staff. In the heart of the gothic quarter. Nice size rooms, large washroom, shower had great pressure. Mini bar. Complimentary coffee/tea in room. I had a room on the 4th floor, with a small balcony overlooking the plaza and a view of the marina. Great noise cancellation and black out curtains. Didn’t have breakfast, but enjoyed night caps multiple nights in the cocktail bar….fantastic bartenders, great atmosphere. Recommend!

The property location was perfect almost central Barcelona, but also by the beach and clubs.

Newly renovated, in a great part of the city. The amenities in the room could have been better, no glassware, no iron/board, no safe. One of the towels was dirty to, so I think they have some work to do.

Oh Barcelona you have spoiled us! The hotel itself is like a hidden gem. Located in the Gothic quarters we were so close to the the Plaza Reial. We walked to the beach and back. We didnt get to try their breakfast but there are stores located nearby with many food options. The staff was so informative and helpful and even provided coupons to certain restaurants. The bar was so chic and the bartender was knowledgeable and even made a drink that wasn't included in the menu. There is a Mexican bar not far the hotel which is also delicious. The room was on the smaller side but very comfortable and clean.

Staff is exceptional and helpful with everything including flagging a cab for the ride to the cruise ship. The property is well maintained and is a good location to cruise ships.

This was a great property. We enjoyed the staff, who was very knowledgeable about the area and worked with us to get transportation and food recommendations. Location was great for bumping around the city. I would highly recommend the property for anyone needing a great place for pre cruise convenience. Thank you for the stay.
