Hard work to get hot showers, changed rooms but no better. WiFi very patchy and poor reception. Breakfast buffet was of a low standard. Swimming pool still out of action 3 weeks after due to be fixed. Bed in bedroom was comfortable. Room was a little noisey.

The conceirge staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was okay in a pitch. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The only drawback was wonky WIFI speed and connectivity.

It’s one of the best places to have a lazy days in Monterrey, you have a easy access to the center and it’s a good place

I believe the hotel needs renovation. The heater in the lobby area was not working and was very cold, the pillows were a little too hard, and the room was really noisy.

No room service menu at room, needed to get the QR at elevator. Awful coffee service. Very slow and unstable WiFi. Being a business oriented hotel, these points break the deal.

The place is convenient and comfortable. Not a very walkable área.

room was a bit run down. walls, AC, windows and bed are not the standard I am use to at Courtyard.

Todo bien solo que cuando llegue en recepción me ignaron

El esta Ok,funcional y con buena ubicacion. Algunos aspectos de un hotel viejo como por ejemplo el baño con algumos herrajes oxidados, El tapiz empezando a despegarse.En el tema de limpieza tambien ok, ejemplo atras de la puerta principal la alfpmbra tenia muchisimo polvo y las toalla olia n un.poco humedad. Si son sensibles al ruido el tren pasa en la noche y se escucha bastante
