Excellent

The staff were fantastic, even though the water was off for a couple of hours due to circumstances beyond their control. They made sure we were well accommodated, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, clean, staff are friendly. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, beds are comfortable. Pillows are really fluffy, if you like firm pillows bring your own. I’d stay here again.

The property was great and it was nice inside the building and the room. The staff member at the desk was very kind and accommodating. However the staff at the breakfast buffet were very rude and demeaning and made me and my partner both feel very uncomfortable. Because we are an interracial couple we were laughed at, followed around the whole time, harassed with uncomfortable conversation and made to feel uncomfortable. It was a very unpleasant experience and my partner and I will definitely not be coming back ever again.

Excellent hotel, close to hwy 401

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great. The only soap was soft soap and I like to use a bar for my hands and showering. The grounds were nice and there was a Harvey’s across the parking lot which was handy for quick food. I would stay there again.

We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom. The manager and staff quickly resolved the issue. They moved us to another room with little fuss.

The hotel has a modern decor that suggests a recent remodeling but to my disappointment my room had an outdated and weak AC that does NOT have a digital display to control the temp and speed only a dial with red/blue colors. The room also had a funky smell to it either from the OLD AC unit or something else. The AC really seems out of place from the modern style of the room. I stayed at a Quality Inn previous to this and the hotel had older style but their AC was modern and powerful.

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Breakfast was good, with the surprise of a fun pancake maker.

It’s very clean and convenient. Close to universities. The staffs are very helpful and nice. Only complaint is that the air conditioner was a little too loud at night, but maybe it’s just because we are light sleepers. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay.
