Used to be better with Camino Real. They had courtesy drinks (alcoholic), many more amenities in the room, even fruit in the room.

Habitación espaciosa, camas cómodas, cuarto y pasillos silenciosos. Un oasis dentro del bullicio de la zona. Todo impecable. Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal. Delicioso desayuno buffet.

El agua de la regadera estaba tibia las toallas sólo 2 limpieza de cuarto muy tarde ! Siempre venía cuando era camino real pero ahora no vuelvo también el staff the check in bastante rudo

I booked a very conspicuous request of KING bed and again they gave me a double at check in. The personnel from the former owner is fantastic - the new personnel from Barceló is rude and not customer oriented. The room had a broken closet and drawers were opened upon arrival.

Staff was great. However, hotel changed name/ownership recently and I can see a big difference from my previous stays when it was Camino Real. I liked it better before.

Hotel was poorly maintained. Former signaling (Camino Real) was still visible, bathroom faucets were leaking, AC was running rough

Lovely large room. Good shower. Very clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Coffee machine and fridge are appreciated.
