Great staff and room!

The bedding was very nice and quite comfortable. Service was great and there is someone on duty at all times. The location was perfect! Breakfast was sumptuous with a beautiful offering of fresh bakery items as well as a variety of juice, quiche, fresh fruit and more as well as a nice breakfast menu. Also the cafe au lait and espresso were fabulous!

This was a great hotel for exactly what I needed it for which was a place close to the airport. The room was comfortable and very clean. The only problem I had was figuring out the light switches. It’s on a very busy street and there’s a very nice coffee shop about two blocks away.

The hotel has a real old world feel, and the rooms are a bit dated, but everything works and the staff are exceptionally helpful.

The property is older and more worn out than presented in the pictures. Our shower had black mold and the rooms were dated.

The property is a short walk to the tram. Our room was excellent and we loved the breakfast.

Hotel was great for what we needed. We stayed here on our last night before departing Florence. Close to the airport, friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Only negative is that if your goal is to be near the city center, it's about a 20 minute taxi ride away. No other complaints!

Very nice hotel close to the sirport. In a nice neighnorhood so easy to walk to redtaurants. Good value

Clean room

The air conditioner was not cooling the room. Staff were not helpful, saying it was working when it wasnt. I complained 3 times and then switched rooms. The new room wasn't much better and never cooles the room to the set temperature.

Great staff, well-appointed room, air conditioned, great breakfast, very clean and quiet. Can’t walk to city center, but close to tram or reasonable taxi expense Would certainly recommend!

stayed here after a late night flight into Florence, location was convenient and front desk was very welcoming and gave suggestions on where to eat close by.

Looks like this hotel was recently remodeled and nicely remodeled. But furniture is still old. We were afraid to touch the armchair and table chair. I hope the owners are working on it. Parking is free and hotel staff will help you to park your car in their parking lot but it will be challenging. Do not arrive too late because parking might not be available. Otherwise, it is great hotel if you are planning to stay in Tuscany for one more night before boarding your flight next morning.
