The accommodation was good, and the breakfast area staff were friendly and welcoming. The male staff at the check-in counter were great, providing excellent service. However, the female staff member (Thai) wasn't very friendly and didn't seem as attentive to customers.

The hotel isn't a luxury brand, but rather charges per person. If you book two rooms, it wouldn't cost 40,000 baht. My only positive impression this time was its proximity to the sea. Everything was clean, but it was overpriced.
