The room was old, small and Soundproofing in rooms are bad. But staff are friendly

Overall good hotel, clean, good food selection, although poor drinks selection, only water offered for lunch and dinner, not even tea or coffee (only for breakfast). Therefore for me some additional necessities like a kettle and coffee maker in the room would have made a huge difference. Otherwise nice pool area, quiet in the room, I had a huge balcony in my room too, which was great!

Would recommend as a family hotel. Really clean throughout. No yobbery. Always good salads on. Food quality quite high for such an establishment. All staff work very hard.

Positives - Clean room, great restaurant, water park was partly closed, but good. Kid's club was very good and helpful, good TV channels, Negatives - Front desk service is not great. Lot of noise during night.

Plus 24 but no air cause it's winter. We almost melted. One lady at the front desk was very snotty, but restarts good. Free entertainment was nice. Dinner got very repetitive, but nice option to include it! The room for four was basically two big beds stuck together. There was absolutely no room for anything. There was a desk but couldn't pull the chairs out because of the beds.

Lovely hotel, we went all inclusive and couldn't fault it. The food was lovely and lots of choice. The bar staff were always entertaining. Would go back.

There are 3 hotels under Evenia Olympic Resort and it wa not clear in which one we will be staying. So when we booked the transfer from the aiport we got really nervous. Apparently, despite different addresses, they are more or less in the same but a very big building. The hotel was very nice, 2 outdoors swimming pools with a huge area to relax, different bars. Did not spent too much there as the weather was beautiful and we were out from the hotel in the morning, soemtimes coming back for lunch and dinner sometimes not. The food was very good: nice choice, fresh and tasty. You get fish, meat, a lot of fresh fruits and veg. The room was of a good size with 2 huge king size beds; still had some space to move around. Cleaned daily and very good. The hotel is a bit far from the beach ( 20 minutes walk) and about 15 minutes walk from the town centre but in a nice and quite location.

A large complex of several hotels around a leisure complex. With three main entrances none of them being for our hotel it was only at the third entrance that we had arrived. At least one of the other hotels deserved its four star rating bit ours should have been rated at three stars. The rooms were over crowded with two large (King) size beds pushed together that left very little room for any other furniture or even walking around the room. The cupboard was a dusty hole with some bits of wood that fell down when 'overloaded' and the table under the wall mounted TV was not wide enough to accommodate a large laptop. The WIFI was very slow and had limited abilities. Their was no evidence of ventilation in the bathroom and the design of the shower guaranteed that the bathroom floor was always covered in water after using it.

hotel is quite central but away from the main bustle .This part of the hotel (Park)is the oldest and beginning to show its age,however it is very clean and reception staff friendly.Food good with a choice of salads and hot food and prices are reasonable.Bit of a scrum at lunchtime ,might be better to start lunch at 12.30

Friendly staff, free wi-fi, nice room with balcony. Massive pool...and can be served drinks on seats IN the pool! Just stayed B&B, breakfast was Ok, nothing special. Would stay again. Long way from beach, but knew that before booked.

Hotel had several school parties. no problems other than the usual noise and boisterous behaviour of kids on holiday, but the noise returning from the discos at 3 and 4 in the morning did not let you get a good rest. Not a hotel for people like myself who are working and not on holiday.

The reception has all the attributes of a quality hotel. How first apperances can be deceptive !! The bed was as hard as rock as were the pillows but to be honest it didn't matter because you couldn't sleep anyway. The dividing walls between rooms are so thin you can hear your neighbours breathing. The main outdoor pool looked great but it was unusable on both days due to the foam party and incredibly loud music that was being played around it. If you would like a drunken weekend, with no control from the hotel owners, and you are 20 - 25 this is the place for you.

De speelvoorzieningen in het zwembad voor de kids zijn geweldig. Het binnenzwembad is piepklein en de moeite niet. Wat ik echt slecht vond zijn de flinterdunne muren. Wij hebben geen oog dicht gedaan en ook meerdere keren geklaagd bij de receptie. Dan werd er gezegd dat ze hebben gekeken maar niets hoorden. Wonderlijk, want wij konden van verschillende kamers de gesprekken letterlijk volgen en zelfs gesprekken bij de lift 6 deuren verderop waren goed hoorbaar. Typisch genoeg waren juist de vele aanwezige bejaarden hier grotendeels debet aan.
