Nice room, good service. Lots of choices for breakfast. The shuttle to the beach is an add bonus but you can also walk to the beach.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the stay as it was just what we were looking for. With breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach. The customer service was excellent they helped us with such care. We will continue to stay at this resort for future trips.

Nice, friendly hotel but there was music playing from the morning (at breakfast time) until late on the evening (midnight +). Perhaps our room was closer to the pool than others (where the entertainment area was). Lovely location. Helpful and safe. Pool was nice Family vibe.

Our stay was a major disappointment. The hotel’s website and promotional materials were extremely misleading, setting false expectations for what the property actually offers. One of the biggest deceptions was the beach. The site advertises a beautiful beach right next to the property, but in reality, there is no beach on-site. The pool that’s shown in photos as adjacent to the beach is also misleading—it’s not even on the hotel property. You have to take a shuttle to get there, and when we finally did, the pool was outdated and in poor condition, nothing like the pictures. The beach near this pool was rocky, dirty, and completely uninviting. To make matters worse, the only nice beach is located three shuttle stops away, but getting access to it requires a reservation at least 48 hrs in advance. During our entire stay, we couldn’t secure a reservation because it was always fully booked, which was incredibly frustrating and felt like a bait-and-switch. On top of these issues, the ac in our room wasn’t working, making the room unbearably hot. The hotel did offer another room with working AC, but they tried to charge us extra for it! After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed to waive the charge, but the whole experience was exhausting and unprofessional. Overall, the false advertising, poor service, and misleading claims about the amenities ruined our stay. If you’re expecting a beachfront hotel with easy access to a nice beach and pool, you’ll be sorely disappointed

It was a lovely place but bathrooms could use a reno

Beautiful garden outside, but the room & service were disappointing. Mould on 2 of the walls. No socket to charge phone, unplugged small TV to charge. No wifi in room, no wifi in public area. No kettle. No mini bar. Plastic cups in use. Phone to reception didn't work. After walking to reception to request towels, it took 45 min to arrive. Fragmented info at most, such as cut pieces of paper on breakfast tables showing excursion departing at 8:45pm but no return time or price. Waiters had no clue when asked. Display of set menu dinner for that day but no price. On showing us where the room was, staff walked fast & well ahead leaving us dragging our bags miles behind. Not a 4* hotel.

In addition to the lovely and spacious rooms, the very best addition to this place is the staff. They welcomed us with the best smile and they were very helpful during our stay. One minus about the property: Wi-Fi is quite poor, not ideal if you need to work during your stay. If not, their free shuttle to La Pelosa beach will help making your stay an unforgettable one.

The pictures are deceiving as they make you think you are by the ocean when you are not. Hotel was clean and quite with a shuttle service to la pelosa beach and the yacht club (the pool by the ocean you see the pictures of) and they have a convention with the YC to get beds for €15 a day which is not bad. The breakfast was disappointing. Very little options for an extra €15 a person which WERE NOT WORTH IT. Staff was friendly. Overall it was ok but will not return.

Great check in. Room really clean. Nice Spoaps. Great pool with entertainment. Good entertainment for a small hotel. Free shuttle bus to the best beaches. I have changed a booking to return to the hotel.

Mous avions booké pour une chambre triple avec un sofa et il lis ont donné une double qui était vraiment pas le même prix. Les fixtures dans la sale se bain était brisé( tête de douche qui était cassé sonc me tenais pas, chasse de toilette qui fonctionnait à moitié, support à papier de toilette brisé donc le rouleau était pratiquement au sol) Nous avons manqué d’électricité dans notre section. Musique infernale jusqu’à minuit et notre chambre donnait directement devant. Le service très ordinaire nous voulions emprunter une assiette et un couteau pour couper nos tomates acheté à l’épicerie et ils ont jamais voulu nous en prêter. Nous me sommes vraiemt pas satisfait du séjour surtout n’avoir jamais eu la chambre booké depuis plusieurs semaines

Accueil moyen ( parle anglais, espagnol et italien) Heureusement qu'il y avait une autre jeune fille très sympa à l'accueil qui parlait français, car la première chambre n°110 la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et grâce à l'intervention de cette jeune fille qui a fait intervenir le patron en personne pour constater les faits,donc il nous a changé de chambre (118) sans aucun problème... Par contre très bon petit déjeuner varié et copieux,la baignade est un peu loin de l'hôtel Cala Rossa mais un service très régulier est assuré par deux navettes depuis l'hôtel A/R. C'est très appréciable car les parkings sur la plage sont payants et la plage aussi... Tout est payant à Stintino et il faut savoir imité le cri du billet de banque... loool . Bon séjour dans l'ensemble et un peu hors budget, à prévoir quand même !!

Die Unterkunft an sich war super. Das Personal sowie das Frühstück hat aber auf jeden Fall Potential.

Tutto perfetto e sopratutto super pulito. Grande parcheggio esterno. Da rivede il servizio delle colazioni perché c’è solo un distributore di bevande calde e crea una gran coda. Basterebbe aggiungerne uno.
