I would say the location is great, just a couple of minutes away from the underground and shopping mall. I have no comment on their food because I didn’t have it. One thing that turned me down was their service. I went earlier at around 1:30 PM and they said they would check me in first, but the room wasn’t ready at that time and asked me to wait for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, they said the room was not a non-smoking room and asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. Fine, I said I would wait for it. However, once the room was ready, no one came and told me while I was just sitting in front of the check-in counter. The whole check-in process wasted me almost 2 hours. Quite dissatisfied with their service.
