Clean with friendly staff

good clean hotel for staying near Cuyahoga falls area or Akron dining options close by Respectful professional staff Has a pool just very chlorinated (could have been a timing issue on our part ) Would stay there again

There's a train that runs all night right next to the hotel. So noisy

It was an amazing stay. Customer service was excellent. Ice machine just outside our door and simple to get wi-fi. Breakfast was well done and the ladies in charge were great. The hotel was clean. I loved this hotel.

It was great until breakfast. They say breakfast is served from 6:00-9:00. We went down at about 20 til 9:00 and they were cleaning up the waffle maker and said there wouldn’t be any more waffles. A guy came down at 5 til and he turned around and left after looking in the trays of hot food. It was empty because the person serving the food had taken out several sausage links and two biscuits and wrapped them up like leftovers. He asked about oatmeal and the other server told him they had just cleaned up. Servers need to wait until 9:00 before beginning to clean or claim food to take home.

Good property, not great though. Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. I think this an older property that has been remodeled. There were huge stains on the ceiling. I hated that the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open without propping something against it. Good water pressure. Staff was good except that I asked the desk clerk at check in for our two free beverages (Expedia VIP perk) and was just told “they’ll give you a couple of bottles of water”. I wasn’t sure who “they” was so I didn’t push the issue. Vending machines on every floor but they don’t take cards, which in 2025 is inconvenient. Price was fair. Id stay again.

The hotel seems to be updated and the front desk staff was friendly. It was clean and comfortable! Just stayed one night for a local concert!

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

It’s fine. Chlorine smell from the pool is pretty overwhelming first thing when you walk in. Our room is on the first floor, down the hall from the pool and it’s not much better in here.

Facility was clean but seemed a little older.

Absolutely gorgeous and loved it... great breakfast as well!!!

Our TV never worked well - the sound was awful and the picture kept blipping out for two days. The pillows are very small which was not very comfortable and our shower drained slowly and only reached lukewarm temperature.

Everything and everyone was wonderful… just one thing… wished your toilets were higher… difficult for older people with the short toilet!

We really enjoyed this hotel. I appreciated the level of cleanliness and comfort. My son said that even the pull out couch was comfortable! My mom and I we are both shocked at breakfast because it included a couple of optiona for dairy free and gluten free diets, and that almost never happens anywhere!
