Great option outside of Florence

Beautiful location, excellent staff 100%

Our room was big and very comfortable with the air conditioning. Staff very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here and would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

Unexpected cigarets in an ashtray at the balcony cockroaches in the lounge in front of my door.

Love this place so much – and the restaurant across the street is just as charming. Can't wait to return...

Crappiest Hotel I’ve been too! I literally had to book a different hotel after checking in, as it was literally IMPOSSIBLE to have access to the minimum, such as food. Service was okay, greatly disappointed. Hotel was empty, most likely due to the location, and amenities. Rather stay in the city at this point.

Beautiful hotel; comfortable bed; lovely setting. To reach rooms, you go outside to walkways. Very nice breakfast buffet. Only problem was that they do not have onsite restaurant & had to drive narrow,winding road in the dark over 3km to nearest restaurant
