Super clean and large room. Quiet enough for anyone. Only a bit of trouble getting the tv to work, and front staff unable to find remote batteries... fixed quickly when maintainace guy showed up. Yay maintainace guy. Maybe should be a bit cheaper as it's a motel and on the wrong side of gasoline alley, but I would recommend.

To start, when I showed up they gave my room to someone else. So they downgraded my room and refused to give me a discount for it (I already payed in advance.) My doors swipe mechanism didn’t work. And when I went to the office to be let in everyday. I was greeted with eye rolls and big sighs. They were so rude. The sheets had holes in them. The bathtub was gross and had a broken drain/plug The dish-ware was gross The air conditioner was super loud and annoying The staff were very rude. This place is terrible don’t waste your money. I stayed at the super 8 in red deer and it was nicer than this dump. -100/10

The hot water was not hot, which affected the soaking in Jacuzzi. I had to have the key card fixed a number of times. It was the 3rd night that the front desk told me about the card couldn't be close to my cell phone.

I don’t choose again

It was extremely dirty and we did not feel safe. Did not end up staying there that night.

The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. Beds and bedding, as well as the towels, we're clean and comfortable. For an older motel, I was impressed by it's upkeep and room amenities. Price was excellent.

Not clean at all

Staff was ok.Room is not cleaned if you staff for 2 Days. NO Tables or Chairs in Room to sit down. Otherwise not a bad deal for what you pay.

Friendly staff, clean room. Would stay again

Very pleasantly surprised, this roadside motel is a real gem. Spotless and well maintained, our room looked recently renovated. The bed was comfy. Did need more blankets because they don't use comforters on the beds. A/C in room worked great. The bathroom was SO CLEAN! Highly recommend for the price point.

I didn’t realize there was no room service so our towels weren’t replaced, which is too bad, but maybe I didn’t read enough to know that. Over all it was just fine.

This location was a convenient stop just of the Hiway

Lady at the front desk was lovely

The bathroom was not very clean and we where there for 4 nights and every night we got back to the room we had to get the key card redone which was a pan when we where upstairs in the and snowing. Then the second night there where people banging on the door at 4am 2 doors down and the three and forth night there fast a big fight form the same people at 2am. The railing, on the second level was strapped to the roof with stap and In zip ties.

Great place to stay

Stayed for 2 nights. The beds are comfortable, the heating/cooling worked well (but is noisy) and the larger fridge in the room was very nice, clean and new. Bathroom is basic but adequate and had nice hot water. The vinyl flooring is also relatively new so is in nice condition. Although the beds are comfy, they are on wheels so if you try to lean against the wall-mounted headboard, you quickly end up in the middle of the room. The rest of the room is quite dated and so has nicks and dings in most areas. The room was also not cleaned well as we found multiple long black hairs in various areas. Coffee pods were provided but were not restocked so had to go to front office to get more.

Great clean rooms will stay again

I really enjoyed the jet tub, relaxing. The fridge was too cold, froze my water overnight. Everything else great

Staff was great, wasn’t that clean, kitchen amenities were there but poor quality. It’s a noisy building all night. Stairwell smells like urine.

The room was very clean, but the smell of old cigarettes permeated the whole room! There were visible yellow condensation marks on the bathroom ceiling. The furnishings in the room were old, but ok The noise levels were truly awful. I've stayed in other budget hotels on the Gasoline Alley, and this is by far the worst.
