Spa was lovely heated swimming pool in doors. Bit old and tired looking but it did it job... room were basic. Comfortable bed but not sound proof ... lots of children teenager stay at this hotel while we were there and they taught they were in a play ground at night time and 6:30 am in morning running up and down corridors . They taught all paying guest should be up at 6.30 am . We reported to reception to send up security to tell children to behave but nobody from hotel came up ...as it's an hotel for advents like tennis and cycling which get lots of children , I think hotel should keep one floor for people with no children in there party so one can get a good night sleep. The food in the restaurant no matter what time you went was COLD ... . It would not pass Great Britain food standard . The temperature food is ment to be served at .... .The bar staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful ... The photo in the advert are from both hotels as there are two hotel in one complex. Hotel Pineta and hotel Belvedere ..

Nice location, but… Older resort, rooms need updating, in particular the bathrooms. Older bathtub with sliding doors make up the shower space. Indoor pool is heated, but still cool. Exterior pool is a good hike away from the main building and is not heated. We took half board; the food was bland and basic. Limited breakfast choices. Dinner is basic cafeteria food. Choose something a bit better if you don’t want to be disappointed.

A very nice but quite old hotel that is looking for new investments to make it even better. The rooms on the ground floor have the problem of noise from the corridor, so it is impossible to sleep longer in the morning.

I felt my room was rather shabby and the bathroom was not overly clean, but it was pointed to me that I had only booked an ‘economy’ room. I have had better in a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge. I think there may be a new side of the hotel and an older side, I was definitely in the older side. Staff however were very nice and friendly.

Hotel Pineta has a good location, close to the local restaurants and by the main harbour, very friendly staff throughout the hotel (from reception staff to the breakfast room, all offered excellent service). The rooms are old and in desperate need of upgrading but comfortable stay, mainly suited for adults. A car hire is highly recommend if you want to travel around and visit neighbouring towns and other attractions.

Lovely situation on hill with views down to the sea. Pleasant staff and good food. The dining room terrace was particularly nice. Our room was fine but a bit dated.

First off the staff was very nice, especially the morning staff who helped us learn about the local area. The second we got in caused problems though, couldn’t find the reservation, then sent us to a sardine can sized room that stunk like hell when I booked a room with a balcony. Complained with proof of my booking said balcony room and the counter guy made like he was doing me a favor and it was me that made the mistake. He was nice but explained he could do the upgrade because the hotel wasn’t full. ( not surprised ) But that if we were staying longer it wouldn’t be possible. Glad he made this clear because it made my decision to NOT book here another night like we planned, so much easier. Got to the balcony room to be given a view of the front garden instead of the sea, that’s fine but he put us in the room where the garden’s LED disco light flashed all night long and was even visible through our curtains. The room also was old smelling and severely outdated, the room needed paint and the bathroom was so ugly and from 1970. The irony is also that the tv in the upgraded room was tiny compared to the sardine can room. Oh and also the air conditioning didn’t work. Was just a noisy fan. Would’ve opened the windows but then the disco light would come in even more and we would’ve also had to listen to an incessant beeping noise from outside all night. Horrible first night in Istria. Thankfully breakfast was included and was pretty good. DO NOT be fooled by the photos of Pineta.

Hotel Pineta was wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with view (partial, because the trees are high, which allowed us to watch a squirel running...!) The stuff was exellent and very helpul. The room was basic, very clean, a very good warming, with a very good matress, and a nice balcony. Bath was a little high to enter ( if you have difficulty) otherwise basic, clean batheroom. BEAUTIFUL VRSAR a minute from the Hotel, village, marina, amazing shores of small bays to walk and see the many small islands around, just out of the Hotel. Breakfast EXTRA ORDINARY!

Stayed for business. The free wifi was very fast and efficient. The rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was large enough and shower had good water pressure.

we stayed 5 nights. once they had a big party in the town and we couldn't sleep at night till 2 AM. the building insulation is not good. The other nights was okay, without party. The room is okay, I think it is clean. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is very good, varied, delicious. Once we tried dinner it was also very good. Once the toilet went wrong and the shower wasnt working properly, they changed our room. Near the beach, but so many people is there.. Not enough shadow.

We choose this hotel based on previous high ratings at Hotels.com. We found a very dated room with a TV that was so old, that I turned it on to see if it was in Black/White. The soap dispenser was empty, when I asked for soap at the front desk, I was told I might get some the next day. This experience motivated me to check out the Hotel Belvedere next door. We moved the next day. For the same cost we had a beautiful modern room with a flat screen TV and a sea view from our balcony. The best thing about the experience is that we moved to the adjacent hotel, which made our trip to Vsar, Croatia a delight.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a great view of the ocean from our room and the surrounding area was full of things to do. There were markets, restaurants, a water park, a beach, boat rides and ice cream shops all within walking distance of our hotel.

We could not recognize the hotel from the pictures, the outdoor pool is not at this hotel, but the neighbor hotel.. indoor pool is small & pretty old, also room & bathroom was very old and run down. Hotel location is good near the port. Breakfast was good.

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is goed.
