Opposite a large park but quiet. Close to all shops and easy walking. Very helpful staff, and great bed and bathroom.

I was surprised to find the toilet so close to bathroom sink, no room for knees. Town was closed so extremely quite. Bar beside hitrls was good

The reception staff where very efficient on checking us all in only took a few minutes, the room was very roomy with plenty of space, very informative as we had never been to Albacete before so they gave us lots of local information. A nice touch was having a coffee machine in the upper lounge which we obviously took advantage off. One thing no coffee/tea facilities in the rooms.

It’s a very convenient location right near the Centre of town. I did on arrival wait a very long time while the reception manager fiddled about and didn’t just ask me to wait or he’d be a short while . Other than that, it was amazing. The breakfast needs a special mention. It’s superb

we had a great room, actually a suite. The two guys on reception were seriously miserable and made no effort to help us. When we ran out of milk sachets for the coffee machine my wife went to reception to ask for some more and he huffed and puffed and was very unhelpful. He needs some customer service training!!

The walls in the hotel are very thin. You can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms - television, telephone calls. This is very disturbing if you are there for work as sleep is disturbed. However the staff are very responsive and in the event of a complaint act very quickly. The breakfast is excellent

Fran and the rest of the crew are excellent hosts! Our room overlooked the Park and the hotel is 5min walk to the central Pedestrian area full of shopping, drinking and dining options… The room and all the facilities, bathroom, bed, terrace, etc. are good. This hotel is a great place for the first visit to Albacete!

I use the hotel each time I’m in Albacete. The rooms are always very clean and spacious, breakfast choices good and served until 10:30 during the week. Situated in front of the main park of Albacete ideal for an evening stroll. Various good restaurants are within easy reach. Hotel secure parking at rear of the building.

Stayed here for one night and would stay again. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

Hotel was superficially clean, but after one night I began to notice itchy marks were appearing on my legs and torso. These were not caused by Mosquitos or heat rash - either a reaction to the washing powder they use - or something else in the room which was hungry.....

Comfortable enough. We were happy. Parking was a pain having to access the garage then carry bags through streets to check in.

Good location , good staff . Big rooms . We checked in with out any issues very late .

Beautiful hotel with generous rooms. Good breakfast. Car park is at the rear of the hotel, without direct access. Restaurant is attached to the hotel. Reasonable WiFi quality (free).
