Polite staff, nice food and breakfast

The entire hotel is really well kept everything is clean and bright they obviously take pride in it and the old building is lovely Staff are all really friendly and make you feel welcome from reception to the spa and bar area

I’m really surprised that the positive ratings for this hotel. It was a best, average. The room was very dated, like going back in time. The food in the restaurant was okay, however it was ruined by large groups of people vaping in the dining area not caring about those around them. I would’ve thought the managers would’ve stopped it, but they didn’t seem to care.

I booked a superior room with king bed but I was located at standard double room. Staff said I’m wrong and it’s same room… but I paid more for bigger room… no water in room.. need ti buy in restaurant 300ml for £3.50

Lovely hotel very clean and tidy and staff very friendly

We were not provided with the room service breakfast which was promised, and our request for a refund in this respect was totally ignored and denied on both the morning in question and in a follow up written request. The hotel was given over 2 weeks to respond and we have not been contacted at all or acknowledged in any way. This was our first stay here and we did anticipate that very many more stays would follow over the next few months, but we shall now stay elsewhere.

We stayed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The staff were very obliging to ensure our Christmas lunch went to plan. We were glad there was plenty of space in the room, with a clean and tidy hotel that was nicely decorated.

Parking was very easy and there are chargers for ev's though we had to register the car on the parking terminal at registration and download the Monta app to start and pay for charging

Firstly we were very pleased to have been upgraded to a family room, which was an amazing gesture. Thank you. The room was spotless and the bed was very very comfortable we slept like logs. It was lovely to have a bigger room with a sofa and a bath and shower. So nice to be able to use the Sauna in the Spa in the morning before breakfast. Imagine our suprise that the two women who were running the restaurant recognised us from a previous visit. Thank you Shana and Katie you were both helpful and a delight. We will definitely return to the Park Hall Hotel and Spa. It always feels like a family run hotel who go out their way to make your stay feel at home.

Hidden gem in Wolverhampton! Stayed for a Christmas party. Handsome listed building. Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, comfortable, clean room. Well appointed bathroom. Good and plentiful cooked breakfast.

Room is fine but dated. Bed alright but not particularly comfortable Was warned about there being a party on Saturday night but didnt realise HOW loud it would be and how impossible sleeping would be. Means to an end of a hotel but wouldn’t stay again
