No phone in room. If a hotel offers room service etc. they should have a phone in the room. QR codes for menus etc did not work.

Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel is clean and spacious

We were only staying for a couple of nights. Parking was available in a carpark close by. Check in was quick and straightforward. Our room was good and just as expected. Breakfast was nice annd plentiful and matched the quality that we encountered elsewhere in Sweden. Certainly no complaints

The property was very busy during our stay due to the festival but we felt that everything was still accessible and the hotel had lots of space and the staff were very attentive. Our only down point was the pool opening hours as it would have been nice to have a swim at 8am before having breakfast and checking out.

The restaurant was good and breakfast is fabulous

So disappointing. We are booked here from 19th to 28. Wanted to check out a day early as there is no need to us to stay longer. We were here for a world sporting event and our team has lost out. So we need to leave. But no refund will be given after spending HUNDREDS of dollars. So disappointing.

Staff was great, property needs some updating.

The front desk staff was fantastic especially Olivia and Daniel. Very friendly and helpful. Our suite was super nice. The breakfast was awesome, what a selection! Convenient location.

It was a perfect pick for me! Right in the middle in town...

The staff was absolutely stellar! Genuinely interested in their guests as people, didn't hesitate to help when needed.

Amazing location

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the house cleaners very prompt and did a great job - but the best thing was the breakfast every morning. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again.

It was brief ,but excellent hotel. clean, friendly staff. looking forward to my next trip.

Fin weekend i sentrum av Östersund. Veldig merkelig vei til rommet, men ellers greit. God seng og gode puter. Veldig hyggelig personale og god mat i restauranten.

Fint hotell, hyggelig og service innstilt personell.

Badet var stort og bra, med badekar. Generelt var rommet stort, men med lite lys. Kontakter ved sengen er bra, og sengene var gode. Men kunne vært litt mer innbydende, mørkt i desember! Hotellet igger bra til i sentrum!
